主要有三點我很不滿意
第一，窗户不能開關，是固定卡死的，完全拉不動
第二，廁所門沒有鎖釦，不能關上
第三，我第一天晚上在攜程上續住一晚，到第二天早上去醫院十二點回來，下午兩點直接斷電，提前沒給任何説明，撥打微信客服電話無人接聽，下樓找前台，一開始説我是當天早上續訂的房間，可我是前一天晚上續訂的，然後又説我早上沒有再一次刷卡進房間更新數據，我是十二點從醫院返回房間，最後才給我一張新房卡，我很不滿意，續訂沒有給我任何説明，莫名其妙斷我電，那就是默認我沒有續訂，那為什麼不給我第二天房租退回來？微信客服電話也打不通
