Eating is more convenient, next to the seafood market, and then there are many restaurants on the street. I personally feel that it is more convenient to eat, drink and play than Gouqi Island! The boss is also super nice and enthusiastic. He recommended us to play in his new homestay. It can be said that the trial run homestay is simply the best on the island! All in all, the experience was great, a perfect trip!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

After staying for three days, Chef He (the boss) personally made more than ten kinds of wild fresh seafood caught in the sea, such as sand eel, devil fish, yellow croaker, hairtail, oyster, tiger head fish, and conch. (The freshness is calculated according to the hour, it is really fresh and the taste is super good) For us to taste, the taste is very delicious. While visiting, I also observed the surrounding B&Bs, and this one has the best location. Although it is winter, the experience is still great. Looking forward to staying again with the baby during the summer vacation. Highly recommend this place if you plan to go too

The room and living room of the homestay are quite large, suitable for friends to book together, there is a mahjong room on the first floor to kill time. The location is also good, there are restaurants and cafes nearby, downstairs is Dawang Beach, but it is charged. This time I came to the island to fish with my friends. It happened that this homestay was not too far from several piers. The fish hotel aunt also enthusiastically helped to deal with it. It’s really good to steam it, I will come back to unlock new fish species next time I have a chance. 😂😂

A very recommended hotel, you can enjoy star service in a small rural fishing village.
