The F&B staff were friendly and recommended local dishes that met our tastes. They also spoke to us on local situation like weather and job opportunities. The chef was good. Special mention is staff 陈谅, who provided good service during our 3 days stay in the hotel. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious.

入住體驗很好，第一天住在這裏，第二天住的民宿。這比入住體驗好太多啦。
1、首先位置好，就在神農頂景區東門正對面，開車2分鐘就到景區正門，早上去神農頂不用起早趕路。（幾天體驗下來神農架核心景區就神農頂和大九湖）
2、整個酒店在半山上，安靜、空氣清新、體感温度超級舒服、早上還有點冷、而且整個酒店每一棟都相對分開、私密性很好、環境好。
3、第一次來神農架，前台小姐姐很熱情，介紹了主要的景點、最後退房的時候還送了小禮品。
4、酒店的服務人員態度都很和藹，自主早餐種類也很多，超級推薦！

酒店有停車場，送早餐。早餐希望能再豐富一些就好了，客房人員服務有待提高，離神農頂聲譽很近，總體還是挺好的。設施有些陳舊但是很乾凈，也很清靜，的，值得推薦

晚上9:00到的酒店
然後安排的單人間在四號樓的二樓
房間寫着20-30個平方
但是我們安排的216房間巨小
衹有一張床就塞滿了2/3的房間
訂的另外一間標間比這個便宜但是比這個房間大很多 也沒有任何景緻可言
寫的帶充電樁
其實是遊客中心的充電樁
開車進酒店還有一段距離
打電話跟酒店反映情況
説的幫換五號樓
但是已經太晚了不想折騰
希望酒店以後如實描述房間
這樣遊客可以自行選擇

衞生都沒打掃，地下都是灰塵，更離譜的是抽屜裏還有之前住客留下的臟內褲。還有我們住4棟，都沒有人管理，衹有5棟辦理入住的前台。早餐更離譜，8點半準時煮好的粉條，沒有葱花大蒜等了，我讓服務員加，他説不加了，已經加了3次了，我説離9點結束還有半小時，還有這麼多人沒吃早餐，可以加點。他説不加，本來可以加，小夥是主觀不願意加，真無語啊。

離神農頂景區近，非常涼快，很安靜，晚上能看到滿天星斗，帶兩娃，酒店還主動給升級了五號樓的豪華房型，非常贊。離木魚鎮比較遠，喜歡熱鬧的可能不推薦
