The hotel apartment is fully equipped and comfortable, clean and tidy. The transportation downstairs is very convenient. There is also a central park next to it. The service is not bad. I especially like the nutritious and delicious breakfast. I also like the special projects: audio-visual room entertainment, exclusive billiards entertainment, golf simulation room entertainment, worth recommending.

The room is well-equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable. Chen at the front desk and the cleaning lady, as well as the security guard at the door, provide excellent service. You don't even need to ask for takeout, the robot will deliver it to you directly.

My favorite hotel in the world, and that's why I keep coming back to it again and again. It has the most beautiful rooftop pool. That's why I booked it for my birthday weekend with my girls - to enjoy the pool. However, this time the pool was under maintenance despite it being advertised as open the whole year round. And closed for a 2-month maintenance. You can imagine our disappointment and yes, we were quite upset because we came for the pool. The hotel did help us book another place with the pool, not to mention that it was not as nearly as beautiful as this one, and we lost a part of the pool time in the morning; we could check-in only at 11 am the next day. The hassle of changing the hotel... disappointed... The hotel should have mentioned in their booking details that the pool is closed from March to May. A big omission and on the birthday weekend.

We chose this hotel only because of the pool. Which is CLOSED. It should have been stated on the website that the POOL IS NOT OPEN, and not presented with a fact at the reception desk. Also terrible service, they couldn’t get delivery to our room for half an hour, and what’s more, the girl we contacted at the reception was rude and impudent

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past 6 months and quite like it up to my last stay. On my last stay, I was awakened by the noise upstairs past midnight and I contacted the front desk for help as the noise has been going on for like half an hour. 10 minutes after my complaint, the noise was still continuing so I called the front desk again and they said they sent someone to the room above me (which was occupied by a family) but nothing was done. I told the front desk to send someone to my room to listen to the noise and only after the staff heard the noise from my room, he then asked if I wanted him to notify the room above to stop the noise. Of course this is what I want or else I wouldnt have called the front desk in the first place. I was quite annoyed by the hotel's slow response. Next day when I checked out, nothing was mentioned about my complaint. I was quite disappointed as I thought I would have got an apology but the hotel treated as if nothing had happened. After this experience, I seriously questioned the service of the the hotel and I am not sure if I would come back again.

The hotel room is super large and well separated. It has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and wash basin. Take-away food can be processed here. There are river baths and rain showers for showering. The air-conditioning temperature can be adjusted freely. The double bed is wide enough for two people and a toddler to sleep together. The quilt is very warm and makes the stay very comfortable. There are not too many breakfast options, the taste is good, and the dining environment is comfortable. The only flaw is that the swimming pool is closed until mid-May. I wanted to play in the water with my children, but I didn't mention it when booking the hotel, which was disappointing. The playroom is very small, with older toys placed in the middle, and the toys have their batteries removed, making it quite cluttered.
