"The hotel is good located and I thought I got a good offer with several free gifts. Everything felt new and nice. Cons: - The free offer for tea in creative area is not all for free. When you want to self service , the worker comes and says not to touch it. No signs. - The table cleaning worker during the breakfast was also cutting fresh fruits and permanently coughed over them. No mask. I would not recommend breakfast because of hygiene reasons."

SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen
"We had an absolutely incredible stay here—hands down one of the finest hotel experiences in Shenzhen! From the moment you walk in, the interior design is stunning and creates an immediate sense of luxury and comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart is their deeply thoughtful service. They actually customized a scent for our room based on our preferences, and even gifted us a matching scent card as a keepsake afterward. It was such a beautiful, personalized touch that made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly accommodating and effortlessly fulfilled our request for a room on a high level, which offered a great view. The room itself was immaculate, pristine, and perfectly clean with absolutely zero cigarette smell—which can be hard to find and was a massive plus for us. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Being right next to the mall made dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!"
Lu Yue Hotel (Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Science Museum Metro Station Store)
"The front desk service at Luyue Hotel (Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Science Museum Metro Station) was warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were very professional. What's more, the hotel offers free facilities like a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is incredibly convenient. The entire stay was unforgettable! Just 100 meters from the hotel, Bread & Salt Cafe offers European breakfast and afternoon tea desserts. You can enjoy a variety of delicious food and drinks here, making for a pleasant morning or afternoon. About 500 meters away, on Shennan Road, there's a Pizza Hut restaurant serving various flavored pizzas and snacks. It's also a great spot for business meals. Additionally, you can head to Dongmen Old Street to sample authentic local delicacies. The food selection here is diverse, including specialty snacks like beef brisket noodles, meatballs, and satay noodles. For food lovers, this is definitely a must-visit."

Shenzhen Dameisha Qiluan Mountain and Sea Resort Hotel
"The front desk manager had excellent service. They were very considerate of guests' feelings, especially on a rainy day. They showed me different room types and respected my preferences, recommending a quiet room based on my needs. When I left, they even helped me carry my belongings to my car. Overall, it was a great stay. I really loved the room's design – very therapeutic, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I also particularly liked the screen window design."
Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen
"Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all top-notch. A special thank you to Alice, Wendy, and Mia from the Guest Relations Team for arranging the 29th-anniversary decorations for my wife and me. We also appreciate Cafe66 for decorating our table. Everything was perfect, thank you!"
IntercityHotel Futian Zhongzhou Bay
"Our stay was incredibly pleasant, everything was executed flawlessly. The thoughtful butler proactively checked on our late-night snack preferences and even brought us a refreshing fruit platter. The room was both stylish and comfortable, with a minimalist and sophisticated Bauhaus design. The 210-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view. The self-service afternoon tea was delightful, and breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The complimentary souvenir gift upon check-out was very practical, including earplugs, an eye mask, and a neck patch – truly showcasing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail at every turn."
Aden Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan
"Facilities: Very new hotel Cleanliness: Spotless Service: Very polite and helpful"
Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center LansHotel
"All great, clean, lat check out and good location! Staff also speak English! 🫰"
Meyo+ Hotel
"We arrived late at night but was still given a room upgrade! Two metro stations are within walking distance. When taking Didi, take note that pick up would be a short walk away as the street outside the hotel is too narrow for waiting. Nevertheless, nice local eateries abound!"
ICON LAB Hotel Shenzhen Futian
"Great location, spacious room, shopping mall downstairs, and downtown just 10 minutes by taxi. Overall, a great experience. Luffy at the front desk is very friendly and kind.."
Yutai Hotel Apartment (Dongmen Pedestrian Street Luohu Port Branch)
"The room is quite spacious, offering plenty of open space. The high floor provides excellent views, and the air conditioning keeps it nice and cool. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave me a small gift. The location is fantastic, with a subway station right downstairs. It's just a few minutes' walk to Dongmen Old Street, which is always bustling and lively! [chuckle]"
White House Shenzhen Nan'ao Beach Seaview guesthouse
"The hotel looks fancy in photos but in reality there are quite lots of moulds in the room. I can understand the design and idea of the architect but when it comes to reality, some of the amenities are unusable. For example, the bath tub on level 2 in the balcony can be seen clearly by passengers on the ground level, so either you want to be seen naked, or have to take a bath at perhaps 3am when no one is around. However, the night light is pretty bright so you will definitely be in the spotlight. Another example is the projector located at the corner of the room, which projects at an angle at maximum reach of itself. So half of the screen will be pretty blurry, while other haft is sharp. There is no way to achieve 100% sharpness as it is not projected at direct angle, or within the projecting range. There are many other examples but the staff has kindly asked us not to leave the bad reviews. So far very so-so."
UrCove By Hyatt (Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Center)
"I randomly picked this hotel for a stay with my kids, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded our room when they saw we had children. The hotel's smart services were a definite highlight – very convenient for communication without disturbing our rest. The location is also fantastic, right above K11, and only a few minutes' drive from Sea World. 👍🏻👍🏻"
UrCove By Hyatt (Shenzhen Bay Nanyou)
"The front desk staff was efficient and pleasant. Leo was an outstanding staff helping us to check in smoothly. Highly recommended."
Platton Apartments
"The room was affordable and came with a washing machine and a balcony for drying clothes. The surrounding area was also very pleasant, and parking was convenient downstairs. It's just over 1km from the convention center."
