"I got helps from Ms.Abby I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. I received a room upgrade. It was clean, safe, and the staff were lovely and happy to help. I was traveling for business and brought Thai tea for my business partners to test the market. I wasn't sure how to ship it, and Abby helped me arrange transportation. She was the sweetest! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely stay here again. It's a lovely hotel I would highly recommend."

"This hotel is truly worth staying at! The hygiene is absolutely top-notch; the rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and odor-free, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. Even the small decorative items in the room are wiped clean, showing their excellent housekeeping. The room facilities are comprehensive, with all the basic appliances you'd need. Having a washing machine and a refrigerator really hit the spot for me; I could wash and dry my clothes during my business trip, no longer needing to carry dirty laundry around – it was so convenient. The hotel environment is wonderful, elegant, and very tidy overall. The property is quiet, with no disruptive noise, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Once you close the door, you're isolated from the outside world, ensuring a great night's rest. The location is super convenient, close to the subway station, making travel quick and hassle-free whether for commuting or sightseeing. Downstairs, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of unique dishes to satisfy all tastes. What touched me the most was arriving late at night, and the front desk staff were still so welcoming. They even kindly helped me carry my luggage to the room and explained the facilities. This warmth late at night truly left a lasting impression!"

"I arrived quite late at night, and they even called me specifically to ask if I had any requests for the room I booked, which left a deep impression. The front desk staff member processed my check-in very quickly and even upgraded our room. All the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the room was very tidy and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The location is great; it's easy to find food nearby, and there are shopping centers all around, so going to Dongmen or MixC is very convenient. When checking out, they even gave us a small gift and kindly asked about our stay. I think at this price point, being able to experience such excellent service and accommodation is highly recommendable. I hope they continue to improve!"

"This hotel stay far exceeded my expectations. First off, the front desk attendant was incredibly professional and patient, offering warm service. He answered all my questions thoroughly and processed everything quickly. All the staff were very friendly and greeted guests enthusiastically. It felt like coming home. Secondly, the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable mattress. The layout was also excellent, making great use of the space. I saw some reviews mention the sink being next to the bed, but I actually found this to be a clever design choice; it was very convenient and optimized the space. Plus, the water pressure was fantastic, making showers super refreshing. What drew me to this hotel initially was that it's a standalone building, not shared with others, ensuring high security and privacy, and it certainly lived up to that. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing for the drainage pipes; when someone upstairs used water, it was quite loud. The airplane noise, however, was actually fine and didn't disturb my sleep."

"I absolutely loved the room design. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the kitchen was in its own room. There was also a living room leading out to a balcony with a great view. The bedroom was very neat and clean, and the bed was just the right firmness, making for a super comfortable sleep. The overall environment was excellent, and the hotel is centrally located with all amenities nearby."

"The environment here is a reflection of how subpar Shenzhen's city planning is! There's construction happening all around. I asked the front desk for a quiet room, and they assured me it wouldn't be noisy. To my surprise, it truly was quiet – a miracle! The room came with a charging cable, a UK-style power outlet, a fridge, and the TV was clear and easy on the eyes, with a working remote. Even though the window was sealed, there were no strange odors in the room or hallway, thanks to scheduled air purification. The lobby takes up almost an entire floor and has a grand, historic feel to it. The nearby convenience store was also well-stocked and useful. Overall, this place is at least a full step above the glorious hotel diagonally across the street. I still have to say, Shenzhen's city planning is truly awful 👎"

The location is excellent, right next to the metro station and Shenzhen Railway Station, making it super convenient to cross the border into Hong Kong. The breakfast selection is also quite extensive, and even though the swimming pool is outdoors, it's very clean. Definitely worth another stay."

"Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The lobby is quite spacious, with various spots perfect for conversations. The room itself is large, and I particularly liked that the toilet, sink, and shower areas are all separate—a very well-thought-out design. There's also an independent lounging area. Room facilities: The room environment is very good, with all basic amenities available, and it's quiet too. [smile emoji] Location and transportation: The location is excellent, making it very convenient for taxis to get to and from the hotel. Overall, it's really good! Easy to find, and the bed in the room is super soft. They even have a self-service laundry room. All in all, it's great value for money. The price is reasonable, but the accommodation experience provided is truly premium. The room is well-equipped, the service is attentive, and the cleanliness is top-notch."

"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on 10/12/25to 12/12/25. Front office informed us about there will be electricity shut down between 12am to 2am on the night for 5 min. The next day when we woke up, we were not able to switch on most of the lights & we alerted the front office twice as breakfast time was up to 10am. The maintenance came at 830am & he took out the key card & put back after few minutes. He then tell us because of they shut down the electricity, they need to pull out the key card & put it back so simple. I believed if the front office had advised us earlier how to handle this during the electricity shut down, we will not waste so much time waiting for the maintenance to attend to us & rush for breakfast. Overall we have a great stay in this hotel & we will definitely stay here again if we travel to Shenzhen."

When we were checking in, they saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively upgraded us to a larger room, which indeed was much more spacious. We really appreciate their thoughtful assistance! We moved here from a previous hotel, and this place is definitely cleaner. The cleaning staff were all very warm and polite; I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work! The location is great, with many delicious food options downstairs, perfectly satisfying our culinary needs. As soon as you step into the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and minimalist decor, without excessive luxury, create a simple yet stylish atmosphere that instantly washes away the fatigue of travel. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems and must-try restaurants nearby. Our twin room was exceptionally spacious, with soft and clean beds that felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and excellent water pressure in the en-suite bathroom – a hot shower was pure bliss. The most pleasant surprise was the room's soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was dazzlingly diverse, offering everything from Chinese steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks to Western bread, salads, coffee, and a variety of fresh fruits and hot dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding, making every bite incredibly satisfying. When checking out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay and even presented us with a small gift. This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money and thoughtful service. First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve. At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for. I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation. Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated. In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal. In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure. Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay. The exterior of the building is made of glass with a privacy film, so you can't see inside. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by its strong sense of design. The lighting and art installations inside were very interesting. The front desk staff handled check-in quickly and thoroughly. I was quite surprised to find that they even had makeup remover at the front desk, which is very thoughtful for female guests. The room has a minimalist style and was generally clean. The hairdryer and toiletries were all very good. Breakfast was also rich and varied, with freshly made noodles. After a day's stay, I was truly very satisfied with the hotel's environment.

The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped by a strong resort vibe. The lobby was spacious and bright, and the gentle sea breeze carried a faint salty scent, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. Our ocean-view room had an incredible vista; opening the window revealed the sparkling blue sea and fine sandy beach, with sunlight dancing on the waves – every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's travel photography service! I was initially debating whether to hire a separate photography studio, but it turns out the hotel offers its own partnered service, which was incredibly easy to book at the front desk. The photographer was very professional; not only did he know all the best spots for great photos around the hotel – from the seaside boardwalk and coconut groves to the European-style building terraces – he was also excellent at guiding our poses, so there was no awkwardness at all. The raw photos looked fantastic, and the retouched versions were incredibly high quality. My WeChat Moments were flooded with people asking for the link! The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, perfect for stepping onto the sand and enjoying the waves at any time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with seafood, desserts, and Chinese breakfast options all tasting delicious. And the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive; they greeted us with smiles throughout and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, this was a perfect vacation experience, ideal for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together! The next time I come to Dameisha, I will definitely choose this hotel again. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality.
