房間設施破舊，而且不清潔，沒有搞衛生， 空調，沙發很骯髒，客廳燈，衛生間燈一半都不亮。沖涼房去水很慢， 基本上不把蓋子拉起就會堵塞，價錢價格不是便宜，為何這樣房子都能給人出租。前台小姐態度好，但問題都是解決不了。

整體一般 房間有點殘舊，電視機壞了給了投影機，但要自己安裝看說明書。 酒店地方比較難找，要問一下附近的保安人員才知道從那裏進入。
