服務非常好，非常感謝前台的同事幫忙，還沒入住先去看房的時候，前台同事也很樂意帶著去看，有啥問題都很耐心回答，而且也很細心，就隨口說了句隔音不太好，當我隔了半小時後再登記，但是幫我登記是另一位同事，但這位也知道我說過隔音不好，就特意安排高樓層的房給我們，所以服務是滿分的！
只是酒店的設施就有待改善了，第一點就是床頭上面的燈不能單獨關，一關就的整個房都的關（洗手間跟廊燈是可以開的，因為我在床上看手機，頭上的床頭燈太亮照到眼痛），就很不方便
第二點也是燈問題，就是床頭右手邊的輕觸式燈，關了過一會他自己又會亮了，凌晨睡著了，但是燈突然自己就亮了，大晚上的吓了一跳…一整晚就睡不好，因為自己是有點光都睡不好的。
第三點就是窗簾問題，就廷無語的這設計，就是床頭的窗簾位他是拉不起來的，他就是有個巨縫，感覺酒店好像想客人不要睡太久，天亮了你就的醒😅，但又很搞笑哦，床尾的窗簾位他就沒的縫光擋的很好，這就無語了。
第四點就是隔音不太好，就是能聽到酒店外面的聲音，走廊的聲音，但是是可以接受的範圍
