The front desk service was very warm and attentive, and all my needs during my stay were met. The room was clean and hygienic, with meticulous cleaning. The room size was ample, and the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast was delicious, with very fresh fruit and great taste. I also loved the small gift I received upon checkout.

This hotel is always a safe bet. The hygiene is meticulous, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, excellent water pressure, and hot water that comes on instantly. The facilities are well-equipped and relatively new, the Wi-Fi is smooth, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. It's suitable for business trips, family vacations, or traveling with kids. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Bei Ke, was very enthusiastic and processed check-in quickly. At check-out, she thoughtfully offered water and gave a toy to my child. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, and the taste is quite good.

The hotel's location is excellent, only about 4 kilometers from the North Station, a 10-minute taxi ride away. When I checked in, Xiaoqing at the front desk provided wonderful service. She called me in advance to ask about my room preferences and arranged the room for me ahead of time. The room facilities are very new and the room itself is spacious. In the evening, I happened to try the hotel's seafood buffet, which was delicious and lively, with fresh seafood. The lobby had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the fruit was very fresh. The hotel's fried dough sticks (youtiao) and soy milk were particularly tasty. During check-out, they proactively helped me with the invoice. It was a great experience overall, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! They already had their Christmas decorations up. Jiajia and Alan at the front desk were polite and enthusiastic. It's not far from the North Station, which makes getting around easy. A very satisfying stay.

The room was spacious and bright. There are many shops nearby, as well as a large shopping mall. It's also conveniently located near Metro Line 4, making transportation easy. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the dining environment was elegantly decorated.

Cindy provided excellent service, and the hotel overall is great. The front desk staff was fantastic, always accommodating every request. They even helped store frozen items and allowed a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was superb. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also spotless and seemed quite new. I stayed here to escape the typhoon, and even though it was next to the laundry room, it wasn't noisy at all. The laundry facilities were also comprehensive. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent; I could sleep peacefully even with very strong winds outside. It's very modern, and the front desk uses AI, though you can switch to a human agent anytime, and the service was excellent. In short, I'd definitely stay here again if I need to.

hotel is nice, spacious rooms, friendly staff, not all speak english, but use the translator app, close to the metro station, 12 mins to walk. no bar in the hotel, nore around it in walking distance. many restaurants in walking distance. I will be back, once back in china.
