Mint Appart International Hotel (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center)

Convenient for the exhibition center, but everything else was just okay. It's quite old, and the emergency exit door creaks loudly at night, which is really noisy. The environment and hygiene are both mediocre. I rarely stay overnight in Shenzhen, so maybe this is considered good value for money here.

The location is convenient for getting around, the room is quite clean, and breakfast is included! It's good value for money, highly recommended.

This was my first time staying in a duplex apartment, and I was quite excited and looking forward to it. It was absolutely amazing and so interesting! The space was relatively spacious, and overall clean and tidy. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and responsible.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and odorless, ensuring a great night's sleep thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and the key card access for the room felt very secure. Downstairs, there are many restaurants and convenience stores, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the subway station. It's truly excellent value for money!

The room had a strong odor that lingered even with the bathroom door closed, and something even scurried out around 2 or 3 AM... The soundproofing is terrible; I heard cars zooming by all night. Last night, guests checked into the room across the hall, and we could hear their conversations crystal clear, even though they weren't next door, just opposite us. A very poor experience.

Great location, very convenient for getting to the port and exhibition center. They also provided free breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. Good, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
