Great experience, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
We stayed here for two separate nights and each time we had a very clean room.
The location is great if you want to hike on Tanglang Hill as well.
There's a Mall and enough Shops+Restaurants nearby.
The staff was super friendly, they even gave us some fruits and something to drink when they saw us come back with takeaway Lunch.
Staff doesn't really speak much English but they are quick with the translator. 👌🏻
Definitely recommend, can't do anything wrong with this Hotel. 👍🏻

Since we are going to Shenzhen Zoo, the location is convenient for us, only one MTR station away. Also, there is a Mall & a lot of restaurants around. Definitely a good choice if you are going the Zoo!
The hotel is new, clean & comfortable! The room is spacious & highly recommended the kid’s room

If you are looking for a hotel which is convenient and near the MTR - 深圳奈威S酒店（西麗地鐵站店） is the one you can choose.
Besides, buffet breakfast is ok la (don't expect too much). If you need some more hangers, sorry - no more !
