Qomo Langzong Hotel

I arrived late from Lhasa, and the hotel service was exceptional. They called ahead to inquire about my needs, and the service was very welcoming. They upgraded my room for free, and put Coke, Sprite, cookies, and tea in the room. It was really thoughtful. They also gave me a welcome fruit plate. The front desk waiter, Zongba, helped with my luggage and introduced me to the hotel's culture. The hotel is filled with ethnic art. It's definitely worth staying here! Excellent! First, I want to praise the guy at the cafeteria entrance (I don't know his name), but he enthusiastically introduced us to Tashilhunpo Monastery and even took us to the rooftop to see the temple. Thank you! Secondly, I have to criticize the hotel's room facilities. The air conditioning was broken. It was always 34 degrees Celsius, and I almost fainted in the middle of the night. The oxygen supply only worked until 3 a.m. I called the waiter in the middle of the night to send a fan, but it was still stuffy. Then they told me they would charge for the oxygen machine, even though it wasn't needed when I ordered it online. Even though it was delivered, I still felt uncomfortable. My room cost around 1,000, which was too expensive and not worth it! Also, the breakfast was terrible and the quality was just average! I hope it will be improved! The hotel has a strong ******* style and I love it. I hope the service and quality will improve!

The hotel is in a good location, with relatively complete facilities, warm front desk service, free souvenirs, and upgraded parent-child rooms, which are very spacious! Breakfast is on the 8th floor, with a wide variety of options. Overall, it is worth recommending!

Every time I return to China from Nepal, I stop by Shigatse and transfer to Lhasa to return to Beijing. This place is great value. You can also see the Tashilhunpo Monastery in the distance. There is a humidifier and oxygen. I stayed at the Chomulangzong in Shigatse again after a few years, and the feeling I had was still good. First of all, its location is very convenient. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services when going to Tashilhunpo Monastery during the day. Drinks were also provided when checking in. I washed my clothes in the hotel, which was very convenient. It was great. The staff was very helpful. I will stay here again next time.
