A pillowcase was obviously dirty when I checked in, and the complaint was quickly reflected on the phone, and someone came to replace it. The TV couldn’t be watched. I complained for two consecutive days and called the engineering staff to repair it. I needed to use a screwdriver to open a cover under the TV and restart the box. On the second day of check-in, the room was cleaned, but tea and coffee were not replenished. There is a problem with the hotel room inspection process.
