為了去石林，特意住在石林附近的酒店，這家温泉酒店，房間乾淨整潔，酒店位置特別好找，早餐豐富可口，服務特別熱情，酒店的温泉也不錯，就是b區沒有開放，停車也很方便。

房間尚可，但温泉不推薦，衞生太差太差！一早起來去體驗，泡池沒有清洗，衹是把水放了一些加入熱水，漂滿了前幾天的人體皮膚組織甚至有口痰。實在太嚇人！糟糕的體驗，工作人員感覺也習以為常，加入調香材料就萬事順利，一萬個理由。當然還是整體管理不到位導致。忠言逆耳，以前非常棒的酒店，現在這個樣子，令人唏噓不已。五個人住一天加泡澡花費八百，太不值得。這樣下去，温泉關門大吉。

洗澡沒有熱水，可能是為了刺激消費去泡温泉吧。一大早電梯壞了兩個，吃個早飯電梯等了半個多小時，離譜。隔音很差，晚上隔壁洗澡抽水機聲音很大

再次來到石林入住紅杉湖酒店，一切還是那麼的熟悉！酒店位置好，出行方便，周邊環境好。設施略微陳舊了一點，但相對這個價格，在石林依舊還是非常不錯的選擇！

房間寬敞明亮舒適，裝修好，樓層高也比較安靜，附近吃飯方便，温泉環境好，泡池不多沒關係，問題是水太臟了，每天結束後也不清洗泡池

我是二號中午三點左右到前台的，前台服務員像家裡有礦，態度惡劣。温泉泡池臟的起青苔，水是混的，膩的，很難聞的臭味？房間不乾淨，都是灰，半夜總覺得有人在房間敲敲打打，滲人，總之，體驗感差到極致，不會再來第二次。

前台服務太差了，明明已經預訂的是延遲退房到兩點，前台一張冰冷臉説不行，還全程不看別人，服務態度還不如保潔阿姨，白給酒店那麼好的設施
