1、設施設備太差，基本都有問題，尤其衞生間。2、服務差，有問題設備不維修，查看設備人員態度差，滿身酒氣。3、燒水壺肯定煮其他東西，結有黑色異物。4、噪音太大，到凌晨5點才消停，作為酒店管理人員不聞不問。
