The environment is beautiful and the room is the largest among the hotels I have stayed in in Japan. The breakfast buffet includes sashimi rice, and the dinner buffet includes Wagyu beef eye dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied.

On March 10th, I went to Osama for lunch. The strawberry dessert was delicious. The staff member who was grilling the meat was also very kind, and when I asked him about Okamoto-san, who has been working at Kawakyu Hotel since its launch in 2016, he was kind enough to let me meet him. This was my first time staying here, and I was surprised at how luxurious the interior was. It felt like I was in a medieval castle. I was shown to my room, which looked nice at first glance, but after a while I could hear the wind blowing through the curtains, although I couldn't tell which room it was. It was so windy that day that I thought the windows were open, but the mysterious room had an open ceiling, and I could hear the sound coming from the top. When I contacted the front desk, someone from the facility immediately came to check on me, but they said it was unlikely that I would recover that day. After a while, the front desk contacted me and showed me to another room. It was a nice room. However, I was surprised that not only that, but they also served drinks at dinner. What's more, when I got into the car after checking out, I even received a present. The hotel's policy of not leaving a bad impression was consistent from beginning to end.
