酒店房間比較一般，設施也比較老舊了，門口停車場很小，如果晚點到就沒有停車位了。早餐也比較一般，衹能湊合吃。最主要是開發票的時候不説什麼，等我走半天以後居然説電子發票沒票了，等了3天都還説不知道啥時候能領回來，開紙質票郵寄還得我自己付郵費，真是服了。

這次旅行體驗最差的酒店了，我定了三間房，2個標間和一個三人間，下午6點多給前台我打電話，問我幾點到，説標間出問題了，讓我們取消訂別家，第一個電話我沒有反應過來，後來我掛了電話一看時間都這個點了，別家肯定不好定了，結果攜程一看，確實沒什麼可選擇的了，沒一會兒就又來電話，問我幾點到酒店，如果要是晚到，就沒什麼事了，我當時就説早幹嘛去了，這都幾點了你告訴我不能住了，她説沒問題了，您放心住，後來攜程打過來電話説已經協調好了，放心入住，而且説入住期間有什麼問題，找攜程，他們會積極協調的，這下還算放心，反正第一印象不好了。到了酒店辦入住，就是這個前台，特別墨跡，不過第二天交接班後另一個前台還是挺積極的，説話辦事也挺痛快的。酒店是刷卡乘坐電梯，這個很不方便。尤其是2人以上入住的，另一個人下去再上來，沒有卡還得讓保安刷卡，建議改進一下。

酒店住宿停車都很方便，旁邊就是萬達廣場
衹是這個早餐就是酒店旁邊的早餐攤位
一個早餐套餐，早餐店老闆就不喜歡酒店的客人，早餐的鹹菜還要單獨收費
住宿給的門禁卡還坐不了電梯，衹能到前台去讓前台人刷卡才能坐。

前台男服務員態度差，不懂得變通，錯誤百出；整個按金還要換方式；每天都要給卡充值刷卡，住五天下去辦理好幾趟東西，一次還不會整完整；房間內的廁所還漏水，整的人大晚上睡不好覺
