Not a very good experience...

The free airport pick-up service turned out to be a trap. I had to wait for more than half an hour at the airport for the bus to arrive. After getting on the bus, the driver refused to leave on the excuse of waiting for people. There were five guests in the seven-seater bus and he still refused to leave. We were willing to leave, and then the driver contacted two guests to come and get on the bus. We objected to overloading, but the two guests were unwilling to adapt. Then the driver was dilly-dallying and refused to drive. After waiting for more than an hour, and after we couldn't bear it anymore and got mad, the driver reluctantly drove the car. We arrived at the airport at 10:20 pm and it was already past 12 o'clock when we finally arrived at the hotel. It was really irritating!

1. The air outlet of the air conditioner falls down at night 2. The bath water temperature is too low and cannot be adjusted. 3. The room is poorly soundproofed and the next door is noisy. 4. There are leftover items in the wash drawer that have not been cleaned.

The hygiene is really bad. There were cigarette ashes and hair on the chairs in the first room. Then there were hairs on the floor in the changed rooms. There were also long hairs on the shower supplies. It was very frustrating. The room was also very small and not worth the price.

I brought my son to Chengdu for a trip before and stayed at the Orange Hotel Wenshu Monastery. This time I was transferring in Chengdu Shuangliu, and I chose the Orange Hotel. There is a business car to pick up and drop off the airport. The driver's service is very good. The room is very big and clean, the sanitary ware in the bathroom is polished brightly, the curtains and lights can be controlled with a small voice, two free bottles of Nongfu Spring, the only drawback is that there is no refrigerator (Wenshu Monastery store has it), the buffet breakfast is very rich, next time will choose oranges

The exhaust fan cannot be turned on all the time and will automatically turn off after a while. Is it the most intelligent design? The bedside scene control turns off the bathroom light! 3. The hygiene details are not in place! There are traces of decoration stains everywhere on the sofa, bed and walls! 4. The front desk staff is not strictly trained! After the guest submitted his ID card to inquire about the reservation, he actually asked loudly in front of many guests at the front desk: "You have a clock room, right?"! Don't the guests know the clock room they booked? ? 5. After checking into the guest room on the second floor, when you get out of the elevator, there is not even a room sign! The guest room access is behind a fire door. Are you letting guests play a maze? 6. The water pressure of the washbasin faucet was very high and it splashed all over! The faucet doesn’t even have a bubble net? ?
