The hotel offers three meals a day, Chinese and Western food, the meals are professionally prepared by the chef, and Sichuan cuisine and southern cuisine are also handy at affordable prices. There is also a vegetable garden in the back with various vegetables and fruit trees. The room is large enough and cleaned in time. Although the decoration is a bit old, it is well maintained. The parking lot is large. In short, I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Kashgar, I will stay here.

There are not many Shufu hotels. When I looked for a hotel, I saw almost a few of them and found this one the most satisfactory. Although it is not in the main city, the hotel has free breakfast and lunch and dinner orders, so you don’t have to worry about eating. The parking lot is large enough. Sleep quietly at night. The little girl at the front desk is beautiful and welcoming, and the service is attentive. The rooms are spacious with complete facilities and good hygiene. In short, it was a satisfying residence. I would like to make a few comments: 1. The faucet of the basin makes a sound of hot water. 2. The mattress is a bit hard. 3. The first night we ordered a jelly and a cold beef in the restaurant. The next day, my wife and I both had diarrhea. The above 2 and 3 points are not considered opinions-the mattress is soft or hard, and there is a personal preference for the mattress. Next time to Shufu, I will stay in this hotel.

It's too bad! Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the evening, the front desk confirmed the order and told me there was no room! The front desk does not understand business at all. At the entrance, there were about seven or eight Han people waiting in line to do nucleic acid. The front office manager didn't know what they said in the national language in the past. They said that they could communicate in Mandarin, but the front office manager said in Chinese that I would not! Really shirk responsibility! When I finally got to the room, I found that the lock in the room was broken and could not be locked. The light inside was not bright and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and found that the phone was a decoration! After dialing the front desk phone with a mobile phone to communicate maintenance, I agreed but no one went to the room for maintenance all night! Very poor sound insulation! The carpet in the room seems to have not been washed in a few years! There is no socket at the head of the bed, but there are a few lamps! I advise everyone not to step on the pit!

The front desk had a bad attitude. It arrived at two o'clock in the morning and opened the room for half an hour. It was too sleepy. The fixed triple room was opened into a double room without refunding the price difference. The front desk was replaced.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel breakfast is good.

工作態度很差，明明是自己的工作失誤還耍賴，都沒見過這麼***的酒店，建議大家不要來了，千萬不要來，切記切記不要來，不推薦。

房間大，服務好，早餐也不錯，停車場方便，就是水小了點

房間還行吧。原以為房間難訂，住宿的人會很多，可實際看到的卻不多，酒店外停的車也不多，所以其中原由不得而知（曾訂豪標，下單時有，確認時無）。衞生間雖説乾濕分離，但洗手枱的下水管漏水。用餐上，有的菜份量太大，浪費挺多，來新疆除了玩，就是吃，量大就不能多點。再一個早餐時間是否可以提前到八點或八點半，畢竟住宿費中已包早餐費用，出來玩的趕早不趕晚。
