Well what can I say we stayed here oct 23 mine and matts first holiday abroad I was sceptical (I love Greece but only ever go to Rhodes and zante, so not a great traveller) but wow here we go The staff ... from the time of arrival to the time of leaving Reception ... never have I met somone so happy to greet you as the lovely lady on reception couldn't do enough and very polite (there was more than 1) Shuttle to room... (well golf buggy) the guys driving these are so funny and so help full and we had such a laugh with them Entertainment team .... wow just wow jambo omg I loved him and never laughed so much and my partner would wind him up rotten with darts (me I am quiet and reserved but got involved thats how comfortable they make you feel) Food ..... just wow I struggle with food after having a gastric bypass but it was exceptional so much choice very warm they catered for all and the flavours was out of this world Wether you like English or want to try the world these guys do it with love (my partner is very very very fussy with food and he loved it) Rooms .... the views are amazing ( we'll our room was) spacious, fridge, clean, towels and bedding changed daily (well when we was there they was) Over all ..... we are returning for a second visit in May and I cant wait my partner never goes any where twice but he's booked it as he loved it as much as me and you know what I cant wait Pool side bar staff.. they were brill and got to know you and knew exactly what you wanted and poured it before you got to the bar P.s please don't listen to people who want a champagne budget on a lemonade life style This place is well worth going to Panorama sidari thank you can't wait to see you all again in May 2024 x x x x ♥️

Me, my wife and 2 kids returned home from Panorama Hotel this week. Having read numerous reviews with mixed reports my wife and I weren’t actually sure what to expect. We just thought, end of the day we will be away with the kids and not at work! It’s a much smaller hotel than what we are used to but it was ideal. On our arrival we were greeted with huge smiles and very friendly reception staff. We were reminded that the hotel was a 3 star hotel, which we were aware of and didn’t mind. We were pleased to be given a lower level room (306) which was perfect as we have 2 young children. Rooms- The room was spacious, actually one of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The upstairs bedroom wasn’t ideal though. The AC unit isn’t big enough and doesn’t cool it so the sleeping area is a dead zone and very, very hot. We all ended up sleeping together on the lower sleeping area which the kids loved. Staff- All the hotel staff are friendly and hard working. The animation team worked hard to keep people motivated in the sweltering heat. Great start to the day was water aerobics. The pool was half full of people getting their morning exercise, with a smile. Great interaction with the residents and always happy to chat (when not doing an activity) Food / Drink- The all inclusive is fine. Same as other hotels really. One thing I will say is that there should be more options for the kids. My 2 lived on spaghetti bolognaise and ice-cream. Location- Situated on the hill overlooking Sidari, the hotel offers great views and the opportunity to walk down to the lively “*****” and beach. Or you can stay within the hotel or walk to the left when you get to the bottom of the hill for more traditional tavernas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel but just remember it is a 3 star so don’t expect anything luxury.

A great location for the bars at night. It was about a 10 mins walk to the bars with the music and shops. Hotel rooms are very tired and mostly located up a steep hill. On a positive note you coukd call for a caddy cart to pick you up and drop you off to your room which stopped at 1am.we wanted a different room ( as there is 2 blocks near the swimming pool) as we wabted to come back to the hotel later than 1am but coudnt do the hill. We wete moved to a better room near the pool. Food was ok but not really catering for vegans or vegetarians. Greek salads were amazing though and the resturant staff wete very friendly. Hotel entertainment waa good and loads of guests attended. No charge for having a beach towel ( just a refundable deposit) or no charge fir safe deposit. Reception staff were jyst amazing. The pool was clean and the alochol was ok . Mixed range of guests from families, couples and singke people

Great location, with only a short walk to the beach & *****. The hotel is 3 star but has a great pool & the entertainment staff are fab. Martin is great with the aqua aerobics & we loved yoga everyday with Valerie, who is amazing!! There was also entertainment each night such as Greek Dancing, Bingo, magic show & a quiz. The food in the restaurant was great with sufficient variety. Beer was ok However, the wine & cocktails were poor. The pool bar snacks wasn’t great either. You also had to purchase mineral water from the onsite shop if you wanted to fill up a small water flask. They didn’t like you doing that! Our rooms ( 413 & 414) were right at the top of a hill but you didn’t have the view you’d hope for, only a hedge. Which was quite disappointing. There was a golf buggy that took you up during the day until 1:30am which was handy as it was steep! There wasn’t much wardrobe space or hangers so I had to keep stuff in my case. The rooms were also damp which the hotel & area seem to have an issue with. One day my friend crouched down to use the safe & leant against the wall slightly & it caved in ( see picture ) as it was really damp. We would defo recommend it though because of the positives & the location 😃

This hotel was honestly amazing! We came about 2 am in the morning, check in was quick and they left us a snack in our rooms which was so thoughtful! It was a big hill to get to our room but they had carts that drove up and down which is quite unique and a good experience. They room was spacious and the view was to die for! All the staff were super friendly and the food was good! Would like to give a shout out to all animation staff that made the experience unforgettable! We will definitely be going back <3

Absolutely loved this hotel, all the staff were so friendly and helpful (especially the young lady on reception 29/9/23 aroun 3.30pm thanks for all your help) the rooms are a bit tired but very clean, the food was really good I certainly never went hungry also plenty of snacks at the bar. I think if I had to criticise it would be the entertainment it was ok but music was finished at 10 pm. Apart from that we really enjoyed ourselves we have just booked for next year can’t wait. Thanks again to All the staff including the Manager who was also very friendly and see you all next year if you still there🙂 Marje and Tony

Lovely 5 night stay with my partner and 4 adult children. Last week of season and did not feel like they were “wrapping up” . Weather perfect !! We had 3 rooms 2 down by pool and one in block 8 up the hill , my partner and I stayed up the hill , it was a family room so had 2 single beds close together and bunk beds, we didn’t need the bunks and we’re not fussed by it not being a double bed. Shower lovely and hot , hair dryer worked , rooms clean . Towels changed alternate days as well as bedding. Was cooler in evenings so did not use the air con but assume it worked. Kettle and fridge worked , bought our own tea and coffee for early morning and late night drink. Beds a little hard but not too horrendous that we couldn’t sleep!! . Although basic rooms can’t think of what more we would have needed as we only planned on sleeping in there ..you’re on holiday so not in rooms for long at a time. Food was good , always something to eat or try new , lots of fresh salad and fruit . Somethings were not to our taste but that’s to be expected …we don’t all like everything do we . Restaurant clean and staff cleaning up constantly. Pool bar great , lots of choice for cocktails some yummy some not so , again personal tastes . Beer weak but drinkable and suited us. Snack bar handy , nice ice creams and crepes. Toilets in all communal areas clean . Plenty of sun beds as low season , can imagine might be different in high season . Pool cold but we expected this, pools are for cooling off when in a hot country !! So no issue . Entertainment was ..entertaining , again some good some a bit dull ..but we WON the bingo !! Staff friendly and asking if you would like to get involved but not pushy . The Hill ..no issue as buggies to take you up but walkable if no mobility issues. Handy scales in reception for checking suitcase before leaving costs 1 euro , lockers for storing luggage after checkout if needed for 2 euros although we like others left luggage tucked away in reception for free . 10 minute walk to beach and main ***** , nice gift shops and plenty of bars and restaurants should you wish to eat out or prefer a livelier evening . Small supermarket five minutes from hotel as well as well stocked hotel shop that’s open till late. We did not book any trips or leave the area as we came to just chill but the local area had enough for us to do a bit of site seeing and a swim in the sea and pedalos . Canal damour was pretty !! Locals in shops and bars friendly . We were able to use all inclusive until we left , checked out at 12pm , picked up at 2:30pm by transfer . Area felt safe . Only 1 minor issue with our hotel toilet not flushing well (probably as up the hill) was looked at but then appeared to be constantly running water for periods of time ..again not a massive issue just a bit irritating when trying to sleep . Would definitely go again at this time of year for an end of season chilled holiday !! Thanks to the staff for all their hard work 🙂
