1) the Air Conditioning in the Hotel was not working to the mark making it very unbearable in the sizzling heat of Siem Reap 2) We could not leave the room doors open for fresh in the night due to mosquitos. 3) it seemed that the quality of maintenance and up-keep of this botique hotel is low life. Staff was polite but what use is politeness when the room does not cool with AC in the sizzling, stifling heat?

Step into a tropical paradise. Beautiful pool area with large pool sunbed and umbrellas. Hôtel ideal for all amenities in siem reap. Comfortable large rooms with balcony or terrace. Yummy breakfast buffet both western and Asian. You must go.

Lovely hotel in great location in central Siem Reap. We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of our 2 week Cambodian adventure. The pool is fab, and the breakfasts decent. Rooms could do with a bit more TLC but offer great value for money. Recommended

Really enjoyed our four night stay at this little oasis. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast including egg/pancake station. Pool is the absolute best! Super clean and nice big size and surrounded by tropical greenery. Green tinge is due to colour of tiles and stone making it feel like you are swimming in a tropical pond. Lots of beds and umbrellas + towels provided. Great for post temple recovery and cool down. Great area, very quick walk (faster than expected) to river/markets/pub street. Or stay local with some lovely cafes and cheap eats. We stayed on both sides of the river in Siem Reap and enjoyed this area more than the busy side. Rooms and property are beginning to look a little tired in places but this did not concern us as it was very clean and well maintained. Great sized bathroom with nice polished concrete decor. Our family connecting room was a little dark as only partially facing the pool. Majority of rooms face the pool without obstruction.

Lovely little hotel with the most delightful pool. We enjoyed that each day after visiting temples and countryside. We would arrive back so hot and sweaty and the pool refreshed us each day. Relaxing. Some of the photos show it here as blue, but it was a beautiful clear green when we were there and blended so nicely with the area. The daily breakfast were yummy offering local cuisine as well as eggs and bacon. I loved their little "pancakes" with jam! Our king size room was just right for us. Bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint would be the dim lighting in the bathroom and no plug-in for my curling iron. (I had to do that at the desk by the bed.) and also the lack of washcloths. We asked for them and they just brought us more hand-towel size towels. But this was also a thing at another Thailand hotel, so it must just be different than at home. :) (not a big deal) It was about 8-10 blocks from Pub Street and the street markets where we ate most our evening meals, and shopped for shirts and trinkets (respectively). Some nights we walked it, some we took a tuk-tuk which were cheap and always available. All the Cambodian people (staff, restaurant workers, tuk-tuk- drivers, our guide, and sellers at the market) were pleasant and were able to communicate in English well enough. (some better than others, but we were able to understand) If you're going to Angkor Wat and/or other temples, I would recommend getting a private guide. Ours and his driver were amazing, and stopped a few times just to show us something up close that we were questioning. Don't be afraid to eat the street food. We ate "meats on sticks" and fresh fruit. The Angkor beer was good.. tasted like basic American beer- which for me was a good thing. :) Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I was presented with a dirty unbelievably basic room! Bed dirty, filthy sheets, mouldy bed head. Spains on floor and sofas. Just horrible! I refused the room and was given an upgrade, which was clean, but more basic than a 2 star hotel! Breakfast was good! Pool looks like a pond, did not fancy swimming in it! Staff nice! Good location. Would i stay again - NO Would i recommend - NO Book Angkor Village, beautiful place, just down the road! Wish i had!!

What a lovely place. We had 2 nights there at the end of a Vietnam & Cambodia trip. Lovely room. Great pool...very welcome in the heat. Breakfast was good with lits of choice. We had dinner both nights. Good menu and excellent food. The young staff were so friendly and welcoming. This was the best way to end our trip. Thanks to all the restaurant staff....we miss you

We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 nights. We had two huge bedrooms with an adjoining door. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers and a lovely balcony area on each room. Very good location, only a short stroll from the centre with lots of good restaurants, markets etc. good laundry service also. We loved Siem Reape and this hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast is cheap and perfect before a day touring around. Swimming pool is lovely and a great way to freshen up after a long day.

Because of air conditioning (we were in room 201) and age Got to give this a poor 2 star Even tho staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent Air conditioning was very poor Over 30 degrees C outside and found that sitting on the balcony in the shade was cooler than in the room with air conditioning on So much so that we got a lot of insect bites because of insects in room (Not hotels fault but if air conditioning worked door would be closed)

This was our first two nights in Cambodia and we had the most delightful stay here. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful to myself and my 11 year old boy. The hotel was a short walk from the old market and lots of convenient places nearby. It was also easy to get to Angkor Wat with our guide. My favourite part was the beautiful garden there which is such a pleasant place to be around the pool. Someone has spent a lot of time designing it and cultivating it and it was lovely relaxing by the pool enjoying the pretty ornaments and foliage. We even enjoyed a swim at night. Breakfast is very yummy and they make fresh pancakes or omelettes for you alongside the lovely fresh fruit.

We were a little nervous because there were some critical comments on Google. Fortunately, nothing negative turned out to be true. Quite the opposite. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room with a bath and shower was large, clean and great. Within 50m there was a supermarket, laundry, hairdresser, massage, ATM. Ideal for us as a last stop.

We stayed for 1 week in this very pleasant hotel in the center of Siem Reap. It is ideally located, just 10 minutes walk from the famous Pub Street. It's quiet and very well maintained. The only downsides: the restaurant staff speaks quite little English, which is sometimes annoying, and the cleaning ladies sometimes knock on the door to clean the room at 7:30 a.m., while the classic "do not disturb" is stuck 😀 Well apart This is very good, I'm nitpicking a little 😉

The hotel looks nice and cozy. The pool area is very good. The worst was the room, they gave us one next to reception and the bar/restaurant. The first night it was impossible to sleep because of the music and the people having drinks in the restaurant, and the room was very humid, with a lot of noise from the old refrigerator and air conditioning. We asked for a change the next day and they made it better. The breakfast is rather poor, they run out of bread and cereals and they no longer refill them, they leave the trays with hardly any food and you have to ask them to refill them, they are not at all attentive to this. Plus there are bugs everywhere.

Pretty poor room. The entrance door to the room looked like the one in the tell me series, to get out you had to lock it from the inside and then close the door. Zero security. Thank goodness Siem Rep is a pretty safe city but you never know!! It is a hotel to spend the night but without asking for much more. The breakfast is quite poor, in the three days we stayed, they ran out of cereal and bread and they told us there was no more, at 7 in the morning. The staff is quite friendly but you can't ask for much more from this place. A positive point is its location, which is five minutes walk from the center. It is not a place to recommend and it is a shame.
