I feel the location is very good. Travel to important places without using a car. There is a department store next to the hotel, very convenient. The staff are lovely and take good care of you. Delicious food with a lot to choose from and not expensive prices. There is a swimming pool available, a large room, complete equipment, but some things may be a bit old due to the old building.

A well located hotel. Two stays for me. One night a very noisy room. Three nights in a very nice room without noise. For the rest, a large room for breakfast but not pleasant, it is hot and very noisy. Any breakfast. Good service.

the best place to stay. All staffs was always friendly , polite and extremely helpful, the room is spacious. We were very happy with our room. clean and modern with a fair price. breakfast is wonderful. There were many choices of foods selection and very delicious. I visited many hotel in Seim reap, and Angkor holiday hotel is my favorite , I gonna stay in this hotel again for my next time trip to Cambodia . The hotel location is very easy for us to find many restaurants, Starbucks coffee , shopping, market, banking, bar etc. Thank you to all the staff for the warm Welcome, friendly reception and attention to facilitate everything. Hope to see you again soon.

The hotel is a little older, the equipment such as air conditioning is older, and the WiFi is weak. But everything else is impeccable, the location is good, the room is spacious, and the service staff is polite.

Well it's our first night here and our experience here has been so bad, I just had to complete my review immediately. I'm dreading staying here for 7 nights. We have a group of 6 in 3 rooms. Our first room the aircon didn't work, so we asked to be moved. Our second room, there was no power points near the bed (which I find unusual). My husband has a CPAP machine so we needed a powerpoint near the bed. We then asked for another room or an extension lead - no-one could understand anything, even when I showed him the machine. So eventually we had someone I terrpret and we got our third room. The aircon was barely acceptable so I gave up and ended up sleeping with my daughter in another room. This hotel really is dreadful I must admit. According to compendium, complimentary water is provided - nope only one of the 3 rooms got water. Hotel laundry service - no, it's across the street at a private facility. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs. In my sister's room, the fridge didn't work so they replaced it - without the mini bar. If you have an issue and don't speak the language, you'll get nowhere. The list goes on and on. Find a different hotel and pay a bit extra. Not impressed.

Ok so plus the staff very friendly the location perfect close to pub street but not too close ( 1$ in a tuktuk) the royal gardens are just around the corner and are stunning. This hotel is not geared towards the English, breakfast is noodles, noodles in soup, rice, veg. There is a egg station so we had fried eggs and toast everyday. The breakfast area outside by the pool is nice and quiet but very small maybe 8 tables. By the pool you only have a few beds but we only saw 1 person in 6 days in the pool. The Room: It is very dated old brown furniture which has marks on, the beds are rock hard and only 1 pillow each in the room. The bathroom was ok very standard. Had a small fridge to keep water which was great. Room cleaned everyday. The belcony only has 1 chair on it and 1 tiny table as it is really small. Only 1 plug socket in the room we had to unplug the tv (only 16 channels 1 was English and it was a news channel) and use that socket to charge our phones. You are only given 1 room card and when you go out the fridge goes off and so does the aircon! it was 30-34 while we stayed (18th Nov- 25th Nov) so I would ask for 2 cards when you check in so you can keep things cool while you are out all day. I would say the hotel is fine as a base, it is dated and basic but clean and staff are great and always 4 or 5 tuk tuks outside.

Bed comfy shower hot and pool was lovely . Location great. Wifi terrible . However we had the suite. In supposedly a 4 star hotel and a few things here . Most of the power pounts did not work so could not charge phone and have tv on for example at same time and lights in bedroom didnt work tried to get help but language a problem. There was also a leak in bathroom which was tiled and we were scared ti use spa bath, which we paid for in case it got worse . Again tried t0 explain and get it gixed . Completely soaked a towel in 30 minutes.. had to try keep asking for towels. And ask and ask. Although we didnt get charged we ordered room service once and this never arrived and they stopped answering calls. As they didnt understand . Worst we had to get a doctor in as my partner got swimmer's ear from the pool. And with flying we needed to check it. He charged us $150 USD for the privilege and our wallet with $400nzd had disappeared when he left. We spoke to the reception and the management and had no joy with asking about this. asked them to check the room in case we missed it. Have emailed the doctor and the manager at least 4 times and without any confirmation that we had reported to them we have no recourse on insurance. We have had no answers . All of a sudden they didnt want to know us . This was not good enough . At all.

Nice hotel but soured by our experience. Due to a blocked ear, the manager organised a doctor to flush my ear. He came to hotel and 45min later and $150 USD charge which I thought was a bit over the top. After he left I realised my wallet was missing...searched high and low but couldn't find it. Were leaving the next morning and as it was the weekend, the manager was off duty. The staff were very unhelpful and they rang the manager for us who all of a sudden couldn't understand English. We emailed the doctor to ask if he had mistakenly packed my wallet with his equipment. No reply. Emailed the manager to enquire if by chance it had been found by housekeeping...no reply after 4 days. Very frustrating and would not return or trust this hotel

We spent four nights at Angkor Holiday as part of a tour group, and we enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely hotel and the people here are very friendly and gracious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is great. There are not many outlets, however, and we didnt have any usb ports in our room. The beds at this hotel were a bid firm for my liking, so I often woke up with a little backache, but a couple of tablets in the morning along with a bit of walking usually helped. The rooms have a small frig to keep your water cold, and two bottles of water are left daily when your room is cleaned. Most hotels in this part of the world don't use wash cloths, so bring your own if you use them. Also bring your own body lotion and body wash/soap because what's provided is tiny. It's extremely hot and humid here even in November, so you'll still need sunscreen as well. You can also purchase these items here if it's more convenient. There is a small convenience store in the next block to the right and a grocery store a few blocks down to the left. Breakfast is okay. There is a fried rice everyday, some type of noodle dish, and a vegetable. There are also some boiled egg slices, sausage, sometimes French toast, breads, and sliced melons. Outside the door is an egg station and noodles. The only food that I found to be warm was the freshly prepared egg though. The hotel is walking distance - within a mile - to at least 3 market places for souvenirs and/or locally made items. There are also several restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out Cafe Indochine, down the street from the hotel, for a nice meal, great service, and reasonable prices. In addition, there are usually friendly tuc tuc drivers parked outside the hotel to take you anywhere you need to go in the city for only $2 per person.

Hotel very well located, quiet from the city center but less than 10 minutes on foot. Comfortable room, average bedding. Average breakfast. No bacon for an international and fruit juice not worthy of such a hotel. Very warm water swimming pool. There is surely a possibility of finding better.

Construction in the room upstairs In the afternoon, power plugs do not work in the room, mini bar fridge does not work and the worst breakfast at any hotel in my 3 week 8 city vacation. The person at the reception smiled at me while I explained all of the above to him. Please note the fruit flies on the food!
