Good location of the hotel. Not far from the railway station and main attractions. The rooms are very simple but clean.

We’ve stayed here many times but the previous time was six years ago so I was impressed at being remembered. The positives are great: central location, very clean rooms which are spare and elegant , friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast is better than it was but a little spartan. Put a refrigerator in the rooms and it would be better than some 3 stars we’ve been in. We will be back!

We chose this hotel from many on offer, it was great value for our three night stay in Siena. It is in a great location for all the key places in the city. It is a clean, comfortable and secure hotel that was a great price. There is a very elegant hotel 50 metres away that actually costs 10 times the cost of this hotel. Most probably a lovely hotel but 10 times better? I doubt that. This is recommended by us.

Nice place with large room. A bit backpackers feeling especially the breakfast and also stuff didnt speak much english. It was kinda nightmare to park our car, we had to walk with our luggage over 20 mins. Next time I will book a place that offers parking. Otherwise all good

Right in the center with problems of ZTL gates polite and welcoming staff but the structure completely needs renovation no air conditioning small and old bathroom window that protrudes into a busy street until late. Breakfast below par as is the structure. Small but clean room

Great location, but the structure is dated. I reported that the TV did not work and was told that they had bought a new one… I think they did not even go to see if they could replace it. Very basic breakfast, in a very small room.

2 star hotel. It deserves 1 the only positive thing is that it is located in the center so you no longer need a car, for the rest let's forget about it I couldn't find any other positive things about this really poor hotel.

Well located in the center of beautiful Siena but shows obvious structural deficiencies being considerably dated. The cramped room without air conditioning in which there was a blade mounted on a metal scaffolding mounted on the bed. Microscopic TV. No minibar. Small bathroom inside which there were dated components, deserving of adequate modernization. I strongly advise against it!!!!
