The view outside the window was nice, and the room had decent space with a small balcony. Breakfast was also quite abundant. It seems that most guests here are on serious business trips, which feels safer. I'll choose this place again next time.

It was the most unpleasant stay I ever had for a 4 stars hotel. When I arrived the parking lot was full and there's no guards to help is find an alternative spot for parking. The room was smell like it never been occupied for a century, it smelled moldy and full of dash. We need to go and park across the street on a walk way which risking to get fine if the police found out. The pillow smell like it never been wash for ages. The reading light not working. The TV not working. The closet light not working. The TV remote not working. Amenities was left on the sink like a cheap guesthouse. I could not sleep very well due to the smell. I am now started to worried that it might be affected my health in a longer time to come. One plus side was the breakfast. The rest is a disappointment. We'll never even spend this much amount of money to receive such a low and unhygienic room for a four star hotel like this one. It's should be considered as a guesthouse rather than a international four star hotel chain!!!

I always choose this hotel every time I visit. The service and environment are excellent, and the breakfast rice noodles are delicious. For such a great hotel, the price is also very affordable. It's even 100 RMB cheaper now than last year. It's truly the best choice.

Every time I come to Sihanoukville for a business trip, I stay at this hotel. Novotel is an international chain, so the quality is generally good. It's located right by the beach, which is probably very beautiful, and the sunset is especially worth seeing. Overall, it's a good stay!

The hotel is beachfront with a small pool and its own private beach. The breakfast was good and quite varied. However, the room was a disappointment; its layout and design were very poorly executed. There's practically no door to the toilet; the glass door doesn't fully close the opening, so you can hear everything throughout the room. Plus, the small sink and lack of dental kits were frustrating. The only upside was the large balcony. The gym is small and poorly equipped. Overall, I felt the price was too high.

This is one of the few somewhat standard hotels in the area. The rooms are just average, but there's a 7-Eleven right across the street which is convenient for grabbing things. The hotel's own view is also quite nice.
