I travelled as a couple and stayed there. The property was at a very prime location. The rooms were clean and tidy. Washrooms were also clean. Staffs were very helpful and gentle. Overall stay was good.

Stain on bed and blanket and no Bedshit. TV not Turing on and no remot provide after asking misbehave done on night after asking for water respond after 1 hr No mat provide near bathroom they transferred the mat which was near door near to bathroom In touch with water it make like mud. I had a highly disappointing experience with hotel regarding my booking. I had booked a stay for two nights but had to check out after one night due to an emergency. Despite not utilizing the second night, I was denied a refund.
simply passed the responsibility to the hotel, while the hotel refused to refund my money, citing their "policy." This is completely unfair – I paid for a service I did not use!
A responsible travel platform should stand by its customers and assist in fair resolutions, but completely unhelpful. The hotel, too, showed zero flexibility or customer concern.
