Royal Sarovar Portico Siliguri ★★★★
"The event went off well and the staffs were very polite and helpful... We wish to do our events again , special thanks to Raj, Abhishek for their wonderful hospitality. Good food good service Thank you team Royal Sarovar"
Courtyard Siliguri ★★★★★
"This is my second time staying at this hotel when I come to India for business. Last time, I forgot my pillow there. I called and asked them to find it, and they called back shortly after, happily informing me they'd found it. A few days later, I drove 200 km for my personal pillow, and after waiting an hour, they told me it would be ready tomorrow! I had a flight, so I had to leave without it!"
Hotel Saluja ★★
"I found the location of this property by using Google Maps. Food is also Good. Services given by housekeeping is too good."
Ramada Encore by Wyndham Siliguri Sevoke Road ★★★★
"Good Location. Good Food. Room is clean. Staff specially Nidhi & Antima is very cooperative."
Hotel Saffron Crest ★★★★
"Overall very good experience in terms of stay food quality and great behaviour of staff. Specially mentioned Santosh Tamang."
The Cindrella Hotel ★★★★
"I recently stayed at Hotel Cinderella and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of options. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and added to the relaxing ambiance. Overall, Hotel Cinderella exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and memorable stay."
Trinity
"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."
Montana Vista ★★★★
"hotel is good. room has nice view. has long lawn and playground. ambience is serene. however food quality is very poor during night time. no taste of North India in North Indian foods. "
The Autograph Inn ★★★
"We found the food to be satisfactory. The staff is cordial and helpful. The room we stayed has all the basic amenities. The location is somewhat a downer. Swimming pool was unoperational"

Hotel Tourist Inn by Sagar
"The hotel is in a very convenient location and aesthetically appealing. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. As we booked the rooms in the hotel twice in 10 days, they were generous enough to accommodate us in upgraded rooms, even though had booked through MMT. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Although, it was one time trip, definitely will visit again if given a chance."
