Iberostar Selection Albufera Park All Inclusive

We were welcomed with champagne on the arrival and treated very nicely all of the time while at the resort. Comfortable beds, very good service, nice, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful environment an delicious food with great choices

We can’t say enough about what a great stay we had here. Our 2-day all-inclusive was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was great. Paola at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. Victoria helped us gain access to a reservation at the Greek Restaurant with very little lead time. Tolo did the same and helped us with a last-minute reservation to the Spanish Restaurant as well. Everything was perfect. This hotel was pure luxury and they did not cut any corners and always went the extra mile to make our stay the best. The 24/7 snack bar was a life saver and helped us with a very early 5AM departure and allowed us to get something to eat before we left. The resort has an excellent awareness of gluten free allergies and presented many helpful gluten free food options that made our stay perfect. We can’t say enough about how great the food was on site at the Kyknos Greek Restaurant. If we could review Kyknos separate from the resort, we would give it a 5-star rating. After we ate there, we heard some amazing music coming from the Martinete Spanish Restaurant and that was when we met Tolo. Tolo helped us get a reservation to eat at Martinete for our second and final night at the resort on short notice. The meal and music at Martinete were outstanding. Tolo was working that night and did a great job leading the staff and checking in on us from time to time. We can’t thank him enough. Again, if we could rate Martinete separately, we would give it a 5-star rating as well. Thank you Tolo! This is a perfect hotel if you want luxury and to avoid gluten!

Cannot fault. We are a family with a 4yr and 6yr old and have loved it from The second we arrived and were warmly greeted. The staff were amazing and every interaction from the entertainers, cleaners waiting staff everyone was so kind. The food had been a real highlight. We had a hire car as thought we would get cabin fever and want to explore but haven’t used it once as so much to do at the hotel. A fantastic holiday with memories we will treasure!

Great hotel, particularly for young families. The facilities and level of cleanliness and staff service were exceptional. The food was extremely good and the choice of 6 restaurants gave variety. We were very impressed with the practical ways the hotel supports sustainability and recycling.

Amazing holiday, I have been trying to think of something that wasn't quite up to scratch but can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️. The room was great, spacious, clean and beautiful sea view. We had all the amenities we needed- maybe some instructions for the coffee machine would have been handy as it took a while to figure out what I was doing! The hotel complex was very well thought out - who would have thought a pool carpet would keep my son entertained for 2 hours solid! The pools were great and the gardens immaculately maintained. The food in the buffet restaurants was fantastic. Always a wide choice of fresh appetising food which catered for all tastes and dietary preferences. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They all look genuinely as if they enjoy what they are doing and always willing to help. The wristband that acts as a room key is a total game changer. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, I am already working out school holidays in order to make a return visit next year.
