We can’t say enough about what a great stay we had here. Our 2-day all-inclusive was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was great. Paola at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. Victoria helped us gain access to a reservation at the Greek Restaurant with very little lead time. Tolo did the same and helped us with a last-minute reservation to the Spanish Restaurant as well. Everything was perfect. This hotel was pure luxury and they did not cut any corners and always went the extra mile to make our stay the best. The 24/7 snack bar was a life saver and helped us with a very early 5AM departure and allowed us to get something to eat before we left. The resort has an excellent awareness of gluten free allergies and presented many helpful gluten free food options that made our stay perfect. We can’t say enough about how great the food was on site at the Kyknos Greek Restaurant. If we could review Kyknos separate from the resort, we would give it a 5-star rating. After we ate there, we heard some amazing music coming from the Martinete Spanish Restaurant and that was when we met Tolo. Tolo helped us get a reservation to eat at Martinete for our second and final night at the resort on short notice. The meal and music at Martinete were outstanding. Tolo was working that night and did a great job leading the staff and checking in on us from time to time. We can’t thank him enough. Again, if we could rate Martinete separately, we would give it a 5-star rating as well. Thank you Tolo! This is a perfect hotel if you want luxury and to avoid gluten!
