Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were all so warm and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities were well-stocked. I’d definitely come back!

Super service, perfect location, modern design! Love everything about this hotel. The coffee robot at lobby was very cool. Room size is decent, would be nice if bed can be king size. Will definitely come again if we travel to Singapore.

Very relaxing stay at Como, feels like a mini resort. Love the infinity pool, toiletries provided. There is everything in the room which is good and a lot healthy snacks.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Too overpriced and definitely not a luxury hotel. Didn’t feel cozy and comfortable. I felt like a fish in aquarium. Windows have automated curtains and it is really loud. First time it startled me. I got to cover my ears every time open n close curtains. Breakfast was not worth 56$ at all. Restaurant stuffs were rude as if I was in their house. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay for 15 nights. Always have a good night sleep. Breakfast very good. Enjoyed the porridge, wonton noodles, laksa. Wished have more choices for the local breakfast. Dinner at Cote was great. Swimming pool is exellent with the glass looking down the paragon. Took a very nice gyrotonic session with Ms Doreen. Frequently used the gym. Infrared room is great. A good variety of machines and power rack. The only suggestion is to add 10kg dumbbell. There is quite a gap from 8kg jump to 12kg dumbbell. Other than that everything else is awesome. Hope you will add the 10kg dumbbell soon.

Excellent service from all the staff not just the counter staff. They greeted us wherever we go and went over and beyond in terms of attention to details. The rooms amenities are top notch. The room provided a panoramic view around the central area abd you can even see mbs from yor room! Highly recommended to go to the pool if you ever book this hotel. The view is superb and there's even a jacuzzi! A private and chill area is also right beside the pool where you can sunbathe while looking over mbs. The best 5 star hotel in Orchard. Period.

A very family friendly oriented hotel with great hospitality. This is our 3rd times staying in this hotel. The hotel location is right at the centre of Orchard which make travelling to different parts of Singapore very easy. Great food, bookshops and shopping malls nearby. Reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels. Will definitely come back again!
