location is good,and room is clean,price is not expensive

The room has the mouldy smell and it’s very noisy during wee hours , ppl shouting in the corridor. The door lock of the room does not seem to be very safe. It feels like someone will break in at any time. Overall is below average .

Good location, adequate place, inside the room smells of cigarettes. The price is quite high because it is a concert period.

The service is very poor. The male waiter at the front desk wears glasses and is not polite at all. He is also poor. I am drunk that such a front desk receptionist can work. The sanitation was not clean, and the floor was not swept. I told the front desk to do some sanitation at night, but the front desk ignored me and did not clean the floor in the end. We booked a room for two people but only provided a bottle of water, and even asked for a refill of water. .

Hotel room was average. It's one of the most budget friendly hotels in Singapore. It's quite convenient as there are buses to a mall and to the metro station.

Good hotel for a short stay. Very basic but for the price it’s what to expect. No fridge in the room and the shower is tiny. The staff was very nice and helpful.

During the concert, no other hotels had any rooms.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation and considerate service. It is worth coming back.
