When I said my air conditioner was broken and wanted it fixed, the staff said the repair would come at 11pm. However, when the time came, the repair person did not come, and the air conditioner was unusable.

The room was okay, but it felt a bit small. Clean and hygienic, the rooms are relatively compact and not all sunny rooms. The location is very good, there is KFC and shopping street opposite, and the price is high. Front desk staff are friendly

Room reserved for 3 people (1 adult and 2 teenagers) with a surprise on arrival.... only 2 beds. They explain to me that the room cannot accommodate more than 2 beds! In this case, why accept reservations for 3 people or more if there are no beds based on the number of people??? No replacement solution offered by the hotel or by Trip, no commercial gesture either. Payment of tourist tax in excess of what was actually due. Towels and other accessories only for 2 people. Ventilation problem.... In short, I will no longer order from Trip.

It is a bit old but it keeps some points of distinction. The rooms are a good size, the beds are confortable. For me a rather negative point was the air con system that is very antiquated, noisy and impossible to govern. It was blowing cold air in a cold winter night and it was not possible to change temperature or switch it off. The hotel staff was equally unable to operate it and they told me that maintenace staff were not available in the night to deal with these problems. They were also not forthcoming in looking for a solution. Finally, they offered to move to another room, where the vent was blowing more weakly, warm air, and much less noisy. I will not return to this hotel.

This hotel really does deserve a review. I travelled solo to Brussels for a weekend and was looking locally and finding hotels were really costly. I did some research and come across this hotel and was really impressed. The location is great, it’s right by Starbucks and Rogier Metro. Also it’s by the main high street full of zara, hnm and other stores which leads the the grand place and other tourist areas The hotel staff were friendly, polite and willing to help. It was clean and large with lots of space and tables. If you’re looking for a basic budget friendly hotel this is it. It’s inline with premier inn, ibis etc. It’s literally opposite the indigo and Hilton which was a lot higher in price. The room itself was a large and it was a big bed with fresh sheets. They had a large bathroom and provided you with soap, cotton buds and shower cap and fresh towels daily. Also a coffee machine with coffee, tea, sugar and I thought this was an extra touch not expected. Huge desk space if you’re there for work and it had abit go an Art Deco feel which I liked. There was a few things like marks on the wall and few stains on the carpet but not to the point it ruined the room or really was even that noticeable. It was also safe and the only way in and out was with a keycard. Staff were friendly as well, couldn’t fault them

Great location, 5 mins from Brussels North train station and about 15 mins from Grand Place We had upgrade to a suite, on the whole fabulous but just a few *******, no kettle, windows open like a rocket, air con made room feel like a sauna. Nicely decorated

The staff is friendly with great customer service and the room was spacious and quiet. It is right in the center of downtown Brussels next to a metro station, trams and buses.

We was Issued Room 241 as soon as we entered there was missing carpet patch, heavily stained which made us cringe. Moulded shower tiles, rusted shower rails dirty drainage. The toilet was stained it was outrageous. Double bed was Broken, when we lifted the mattress we was horrified to find a dirty broken wood panel keeping it up. The mattress springs were bad so as soon as we laid on the bed we sank causing serious discomfort, could not sleep at all. At 4am we went to reception explained what we had found and what was wrong with the room. Reception staff issued Room 247 without question as if they already knew the Room or should I say Rooms' had problems, he was not phased at all when questioned. Staff issued a Room with 2 Single beds, still had issues with mattress and comfortability. Coffee machine in the room was broken, no kettle no bathroom shower gel or cream as shown in the photos and thermostat was no working, ceilings where stained. Breakfast was standard overall this is not a four star hotel, its a slap on the face for those who actually give 4 star quality, hotel progress still needs a lot of progress, I would deem it 2 Star! We have slept in 2 star hotels much better than this hotel. Very disappointed, don't recommend this hotel.
