Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa

The stay at Kassandra Bay was perfect. Everything about our stay was amazing. The service is top notch, the food is delicious in the restaurants, the cocktails at the bar were great, and the staff was always so welcoming. The pool is a nice place to relax in-between Beach trips. There's ample parking if you rent a car. I want to give a special thank you to Panos who went above and beyond to help us every single day. The hotel manager, Mr Araptopoulos was also extremely helpful our entire stay. They take pride in what they do and did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough. To top everything off, the hotel is in a great location close to the ports for amazing restaurants and shopping, and also convenient to all the best beaches.

We have stayed at Kassandra Bay a number of times and it never disappoints. This year it was obvious that significant investment had taken place and it was excellent, but the biggest asset are the staff, from cleaners, to hosts, bar and restaurant staff and managers, every signal one of them go above and beyond. We will be back.

This was our first stay in skiathos, we're already planning on returning and this would be our first choice of hotel without a doubt. Our first impressions were exactly what we'd hoped up and much more. We'd been delayed at East Midlands, so we arrived late, well after the restaurants had closed, however the hotel had left us complementary pizza, fruit platter, cakes and a bottle of bubbly in our room, which was such a nice and welcoming touch. Our stay was first class with possible some of the best views ever. We stayed in the suites which gave us exclusive access to the infinity pool, with ring bell pool service was execellent in which you never waited more than a couple of minutes for someone to come and take your order. I have to say all 3 pools were excellent. Even though the hotel was full it never appeared crowded. They were always plenty of sun beds for everyone no matter what time of day. Every member of staff went above and beyond and works tirelessly hard to ensure your holiday is special. The entire staff are a credit to this hotel. A special mention Electra who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile, and to Olga who served us our tea and coffee and was always around to top us up without any prompting. Breakfast had an extensive excellent choice from fresh fruit, pastries and extensive choice of different breads and cheese as well has plenty of hot choices that was always being topped up. The fresh omelettes were also excellent and made to order. Lunch and dinner again was excellent and the service again exceptional. The views from this hotel are possibly the best we've ever stayed in. It was so easy to get into town most evenings we went by water taxi from the beach €4. or you can go by bus for €2or €10 euro by taxi.

My 16 yr old daughter and I haven’t been away together for years and so this trip was really important to us. Kassandra Bay did not disappoint in any way. Hotel and staff were fantastic. We stayed in room 406 with a superb view of the sea and the world’s biggest balcony! Our room was cleaned everyday which was much appreciated. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The beach was at the bottom of the garden and had its own sunbeds with buzzers so you could order anything from the beach bar without getting up! The food in the restaurants is lovely with much choice and the breakfast is very varied and cooked very well. Getting into town was simple, either the hotel would ring for a taxi, only cost 12 euro or you could jump on the very regular boat taxi which left from the beach ( at the bottom of the garden), 4 euro per person, I highly recommend this, we did it lots. I would not hesitate to recommend Kassandra Bay to anyone, you won’t be disappointed x

Beautiful peaceful hotel with excellent service. We stayed here for a family wedding in skiathos and loved the hotel. Could not fault it. Staff were excellent and the hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely food too

We stayed in the suites we had a lovely sea view overlooking the infinity pool the rooms did look down into the rooms with private pools not great for us or the people in the private pool rooms Our room was nice but I wouldn’t say 5 star . Breakfast was good nice touch having separate breakfast room for suite guests. We had lunch at the hotel on a couple of days which was okay .the bell system on the sun beds to order drinks was good and worked well. Staff throughout the hotel were very good. Plenty of sun beds both round the pools and the beech we didn’t experience any sun beds wars. Great location easy access to Skiathos town or beaches further along the coast by use of the bus system but be prepared to be crammed on the buses
