Wow, this place is recently renovated and sits right next to a beautiful beach! Views are great and there's a lot of potential BUT.... ...No staff. None. Zero. Nada. I get it with the corona virus and everything to be understaffed but one guy at the restaurant and one guy at the beach, trying to serve a couple hundred of people is definitely not enough. We were waiting for hours and hours to be served every time we went to eat or drink and the guy in charge was very apologetic and very helpful with finding us nice seats and all but he couldn't do much, he was running like a headless chicken around the place to fill up the "un-staffed" holes. So every time we were waiting and waiting and waiting for coffee or food (don't even get me started on food quality ugh) and we try to give them many chances to fix it but no. You need to hire people!! Hellooooo!! That's how businesses work, with waiters and cooks and bartenders. We won't be coming back, might as well spend our hard earned money somewhere else.

We spent 12 beautiful days at Plataria Seaside Resort… Lot of compliments for the whole staff! Very clean and new rooms, excellent Cook with fantastic ideas, very friendly restaurant staff, especially Ilias! Beautiful beach for families with children and comfortable sun beds, fantastic pool, very quiet place…. Thank you very much and see you next year…

Excellent hotel, very big rooms, balcony with sea view , pet friendly , everything is new ,well decorated , amazing pool , beach with comfortable sun beds , food in restaurant was great for normal prices ..all was great

Excellent hotel , everything is modern and new, room is big and very well decorated , balcony with see view ,pool, beach area, comfortable sun beds , breakfast ok, Restaurant has great food , for reasonable price. Cocktails are great , lounge bar also, peaceful and very good in every way. Also big bonus PET FRIENDLY.

Very good stay, only regret, the second coffee charged 4€ in the breakfast. It breaks the mood.
