Breakfast was really good. When we first arrived we had to check in ourselves. Normally this is ok but there were no key cards. So we had to wait for a member of staff who had gone to sort out someone’s air conditioning. 15 mins later a staff member arrived and gave us our key cards.
I don’t like having to pay for parking when you book a hotel. It should be free of charge but it cost £8. Room was clean and tidy and the bar area but the lobby/reception area could do with a re vamp.

What a wonderful place! Great location. Very very clean. The owner went out her way to make us feel welcome. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to everyone.

Stayed here for 4 days, I’m currently walking the coast line. Cheap and cheerful, nothing too exciting but good if you just want to relax close to the sea! :) I actually enjoyed it here, nice place, but I’m a simple guy! :)

Josie and Paul are very nice friendly hosts, we arrived early and they let us park our car up while the room was being prepared. We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room which was very clean and tidy with a tv, coffee stand and fresh towels, the bed was so comfortable and clean. also the guest house was quiet and well lit when you arrive back late at night .
A really nice area and it's only a short walk to all the attractions and seafront from the b&b. We didn't have breakfast but it did look amazing. We recommend this guest house 100%

Northgale, the best and warmest in Skegness.
“Tea or coffee,” was the owner’s first greeting when we met. Then she patiently showed me the rooms and let me make my choice. Then I got welcome wine. It’s too sweet, and I sleep very well. I really love it.
It’s hard to say goodbye to the owner's family. I loved their kindness and warmth. They offer the best price with the best service. Come and try; you’ll agree with me.
