I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and generally enjoy it. However, I’ve noticed that the quality of the rooms seems to decline with each visit.
During this stay, the bed was very uncomfortable. I had booked a king or queen bed, but was given two twin beds pushed together, which made it difficult for us to sleep properly.
On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the swimming pool and spa were also enjoyable.
The main downside was the bed comfort, and a few expected amenities—like a toothbrush and pool slippers—were missing from the room.

Great and clean. Huge props to Bogdan and the cleaning staff for helping me with a small foot injury. Food was great and on par with much more expensive hotels too. Nobrainer stay in Malta if you want affordability with luxury.

It's very clean and the lounge is neat and tidy, so it's good.
The room is clean, but the bed is a little creaky, but it's not bad for sleeping!
The water pressure is okay, but it's a good idea to bring a shower filter.
The airport shuttle calls a taxi, so I think it's better to call Bolt!
The pool is really good for a quick visit, but it's a little small, so it's good for just enjoying the atmosphere!

Good location, two main bus stops nearby, a lot of bars and restaurants and 24/7 shops and clubs. Good place for partying but a bit noisy because of that. During off season we could still hear music and laughter from outside. Hotel room very spacious and clean, it was clearly renovated recently. Terrible view, window to window with other rooms so couldn’t really open it due to privacy reasons. British style breakfast, tasty but repetitive. Overall very good place if you’re young and want to try out the lively part of Malta’s city life.

Excellent hotel. Close to everything. I should mention the hospitality and the service from the staff is beyond excellent. The holiday was a success because of the great vibe. The hotel brunch area is amazing too. They are really professional. I would recommend 100% and also planning to come back again. Need to mention specially Shivam who took extra care with a smile every time we were in the lobby. Cheers!

super relaxing and literally right next to the hotspot of paceville where all the restaurants and shopping centres are, quick car ride to valetta and sliema, service was amazing and room was super super clean. very new hotel so everything was new and clean, they gave us wooden toothbrushes and nice smelling soap, ventilation was good and air conditioning was powerful, no swimming pool or balcony unfortunately but breakfast included and was very yummy, good selection of breakfast foods, service was utterly impeccable. rooms are soundproof so you can’t hear the music of the clubs from the outside. stayed there for three nights and enjoyed each one. would definitely stay again

Neat, clean, well decorated and great service by the staff. It was my first time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in leading me to the location by sending one of their team members who took my heavy trolley and helped me reach the hotel. I received a welcome personalised message on a letter styled card by the hotel manager to make me feel welcomed. The room was nice that had a balcony , I was pleased with the bathroom size, the presence of the bath gel and hand gel large sized bottles. Well furnished and WiFi working well. They also have a cafe and restaurant area for breakfast. I recommend this hotel also because the location is ideally located.
