리조트 건물은 오래되었지만 잘 정리되고 깨끗한 편입니다 비록 낡았다는 후기가 많지만 적당한 가격에 이정도 시설이라면 훌륭하다고 생각합니다 더욱이 주말과 시즌을 제외하면 정말로 저렴한 편입니다 그리고 호수뷰로 업그레이드를 한다면 뷰 맛집입니다 저 멀리 바다와 고깃배의 집어등 불빛도 아름답게 보이더군요 다만 방음이 잘 안되어 주변 소음이 들린다는 단점이 있습니다

위치, 가격, 방, 시설 모두 최고에요:) 할인받아서 예약했는데 리조트라서 방도 넓고, 호텔 잡았으면 후회했을거같아요.
체크아웃할 때 1층에 분리수거랑 쓰레기 버리기만 하면 됐고, 무엇보다 주차장도 넓어서 주차하기 좋았어요. 급한건 1층에 이마트편의점에서 샀구요. 강추합니다!

영랑호리조트는 영랑호를 품고있는 자체로 좋다. 고급지고 신축느낌은 아니지만 가성비가 나쁘지않다.몇몇의 안좋은 리뷰를 보고 걱정했지만 우리는 제법 괜찮아서 속초를 여행할때면 이곳을 계속이용한다.
자전거를 이용해서 영랑호 한바퀴 도는것을 추천한다.

낙후된 시설이라 천장에 금이 가있습니다. 또한 방음이 되지 않아서 윗층에서 나오는 대화소리가 들려서 매우 힘들었습니다.

이제껏 가본 시설중 최악이였다.우린 빌라형43펑에 1박을 거의 259900만원에 예약했는데... 청소상태는거실은 바닥이 끈적거리고 베난다는 열매와 새똥인지 널부러져있고 화장대에는 전 손님이 사용한 인공눈물 이 굴러다니고 칭대역시 전 손님이 사용했는지 렌지 껍질이 굴러다니고 ...더최악은 쇼파상태 다 찢어져 누우면 상처날듯긁히고ㅜㅜ 샴프는 머리감고나서 머리털 다뽑히는줄ㅜㅜ 빨래비누로 감은듯 .. 샤워산번 사려면 난방끄고 온수 틀어야나오고 아침되니 방이 따뜻해지고 이건 후진 여관방도아니고.. 프로트에 얘기하니 지금 가구랑 체인지중이라고 죄송하단말만... 타워쪽은 후기가괜찮은데 우리가묵은 빌라형은 비싼돈주고 가족여행와서 넓고 편히쓰려고 복층쓰려고4명이 43평 예약했는데 뷰만 만족하고 스트레스만 만땅ㅜㅜ 다시는 빌라형 가지마세요 돈이 넘 아까워요 ~~ 신세계 리조트라는 이름이 ... 증거로 우리가 묵은 빌라 쇼파사진 사진 한장 올려요~~
