Very nice location. Rooms are clean and not noisy. There are many buses running next to the hotel. I’d definitely recommend!

New hotel. Decent price with good quality.

This hotel is a total rip-off. I honestly cannot believe I paid that much money for nothing. They try to be premium, but have no clue how to do it. Check-in is in a parking garage. They clean your room twice a week. No breakfast, no flexible checkout, they just don’t know how to make a guest feel comfortable. Believe me. Don’t book this place. Take an honest hotel and use the extra money for a great dinner in a good restaurant, where people are actually putting effort in providing service.

I made a reservation for a family trip.. The room is clean and the service of the staff is good.

The night we checked in, the TV wasn't working. The next morning, no hot water running when taking shower. They led us to free sauna though. Clean room with comfy table to have dinner in the room. Have a sink and washing machine. Location was perfect, very close from downtown Sokcho.

Overall it's good

The hotel is close to tourist attractions, the rooms are spacious, there is a duplex, parking is convenient, the system allows you to check in and out directly, and the door opening is set automatically, which was nice.

The app was really convenient, with mobile check-in, check-out, and room key functions! There are many discount coupons! The location of the accommodation was right in front of Cheongcho Lake, so the view was good, and there was a Hanaro Mart and a convenience store nearby, as well as an E-Mart 24 and a microwave on the first basement floor, so it was convenient. I really liked the sauna. They keep it clean and well maintained, and the bathtub is spacious and nice. I want to visit again when the outdoor swimming pool opens. It's a bit disappointing that cooking is not possible. There are no cutlery, only mugs and a coffee pot! It's a hotel, not a resort. If you're visiting with children, you'll need to bring them separately!

Oh, it was good, it was nice.

The scenery is really nice. This is the best course for a morning or night walk. The facilities are good and clean. However, there was an induction washing machine, but it seemed to be unusable. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay review.

Except the dryer only produces cold air. everything was good The bedding was good and I wasn’t expecting to see the night view anyway. It was nice to have a food alley in the back, and there was ample space for electric vehicle charging stations.

Clean and good parking space

It was Chesterton's that I visited for the first time on a family trip. What I liked most was that there were two rooms and two bathrooms, and that there was a hot spring bath. My parents were very satisfied with the hot spring bath. However, the things that were disappointing were that cooking was not possible and the bedding and cleaning conditions were not clean.

This is already my 4th visit. It is the cleanest and most convenient accommodation. Recommended for solo travel, with family or with couples.
