Good location customer service good breakfast. Very satisfied.

Housekeeping was not upto mark. Had to request to clean the room make the beds on a couple of occasions. Also, replacement of Mugs and Tea/coffee was also not done unless I called the reception. Location was good and breakfast was also good.

Quite new Hotel in the Hafen-City, Close to Wunderland and Elbphilharmonie. Rooms are more than acceptable and the breakfast is very good.

Fae away but still walkable, good service

I like this hotel very much. The room is spacious compared to other Holliday inns. The breakfast is rich and thoughtful. Every egg is full of energy. I will come again for hamburgers. The miniature landscape world is worth visiting. The classics recommended by the hotel front desk are all very good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the Marriott in Gaeswmarkt for a few days, but the service was average. Everything is good here. There is a park and a subway station downstairs, which is convenient for travel. There is nothing to eat except for meals. But it's OK, and the price-performance ratio is high. It's also nice to walk around the port, but it's very frustrating in the snow in winter

The only transportation to the hotel is U4 It is inconvenient for passengers to use the MRT system to enter and exit The rest is good

Very close to the subway station, the overall location is a little off

The hotel is excellent for its cleanliness, quality of food and friendliness of the staff. The location is a bit out of the way, but with the subway or bus right next to it you can still get to the city center or the jetties very quickly. It is very quiet and you can sleep with the window open.

Rooms nice and quite spacious. Unfortunately incredibly warm. Subway right in front of the door. Little parking space.

A very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and smiling. Although it is a little distance from the center, the nearby metro solves this problem.
