Our overall experience was good during our stay. The staff members were incredibly helpful and courteous, which enhanced our stay. The rooms offered beautiful views of the valley, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The service was extremely great and ***ager Dinesh made every extra effort to make us feel like home. 👍 we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. The only thing I think you must take into consideration is to make the surroundings neat and clean. There is a lot of noise and eye pollution.

The stay at Seclude Annie's song was great. The staff there was extremely helpful and courteous. All services were great. Mr. Dinesh ***aged the property really well. In fact the food was also good. I would definitely recommend people to stay here when coming to kasauli.

An amazing property with beautiful view of the valley. You'll fall in love with the calmness of the place. The property ***ager Dinesh was very helpful and the support staff ***ish was very polite and very active with all the services. Will definitely visit again.

Best place..best food..best people here Dinesh and his team members are doing wonderful work here catering everyone feel like home Rooms with diff names and their locations gives us the best view They served use the best delicious lunch and dinner all the time Thank you

Food quality and service very bad. Total waste of money. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is not very nice. Only good thing is amigos restaurant is walking. Must improve on food and service. Charging too much and dilevering nothing

They dont have clean towels and bathrooms are smelly They took advance charges for extra bed for baby and nanny but we told them that we have cancelled baby and nanny’s trip but they didn’t refund the money even when we didn’t take any extra bed. Property is not maintained Hardly 2-3 dishes from food menu were available for dinner. Not worth the money !

Till date stayed in ***y hotel in kasauli but staying at seclude have been our best experience that 3 times in a row we have stayed with seclude only.. in our experience one of the best property to stay at kasauli located in a calm area away from the crowded traffic area. All staff & especially the ***ager Mr. GOPAL were very nice & available for any service day/night

Dusty and dirty, not worth a Seclude. We stayed at Annie Song, this after the previous room we booked had a construction site operational throughout the day. Although our rooms were changed after an initial complaint from us, the location of the property is a big let down, the whole area is a dusty construction zone.
