"I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The location is excellent, with beautiful valley views, and the property itself beautifully reflects Himachal’s architecture. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the F&B team, who went the extra mile to ensure that the **Storii experience** was maintained during every service. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist really stood out. Our room was very spacious and beautifully designed, with a Himachal-inspired aesthetic, a stunning valley view, and a private balcony. The food was excellent, particularly dinner and breakfast. The only dish that did not meet the expected standard was the red sauce pasta served at night. One small suggestion would be to make the **Hi-Tea menu more interesting and varied**. Instead of the usual pakodas and sandwiches, introducing some innovative local or contemporary options would make the experience even better. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Ankit Vohra, Sales Head, who personally kept in touch with me during and after the stay to understand my experience. During check-in, Ms. Muskaan (if I remember the name correctly) from the Front Office team explained the property and its facilities in great detail, which was a lovely start to our stay. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and the warm hospitality extended by the entire team. I would definitely recommend the property and look forward to coming back again."
