I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

The location seems to take about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the airport, and the facilities are a bit outdated. However, the food in the restaurants is delicious.

There are plenty of activities every day! There are twenty different restaurants in the hotel group to choose from, all inclusive, very thoughtful! There are also many activities every night, music performances, various parties! Arrangements around the clock! The coastline is also very long, and there are also inland lakes crisscrossing the interior. The scenery is very good! Great for a family vacation!

If you want true relaxation this is the place to go! They don’t let you lift a finger that are truly so accommodating and ready to take care of any need you have. Also they have really good food! Definitely will be back!

My wife and I recently visited TRS YUCATAN resort and I must say we were pleasantly pleased. after reading many reviews from several different properties, we finally decided to stay here. our room was extremely clean and larger than most hotel rooms. The outside pool was nice, but totally not worth it, as it was extremely cold, and we were unable to heat it up. while the resort is massive and you can get lost walking around there is always somebody in a golf cart driving by that you can jump on and get a lift to wherever you are going. on the first day we went to the White Sands pool, and we enjoyed ourselves while spending some time at the pool bar where The bartenders were friendly and made nice drinks and remembered me each time I was up at the bar. The other pool that we really enjoyed was the Infiniti pool, which is adults only I recommend going early in the morning to save yourself a cabana. The service here was on a whole nother level. We had a waitress named Flori and she was the best server we had during our six day stay at the resort, that includes service at The Restaurant as well. speaking of the restaurants, we read a lot of reviews that said, the food was poor I wouldn’t necessarily say it is poor however, there is room for slight improvement with some dishes. I believe our favorite restaurants that we ate at where the Thai and Guocha while our least was the Italian. And you must do the Chic show for the extra $50 pp, the performance was one of a kind.

Very nice resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great food options, ala carte breakfast and lunch options included. Heated pools. A lot of entertainment, a lot of live music(breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool)
