Overall loved the atmosphere and layout of this property with all the separate buildings. Very clean and spacious rooms. The lobby was large and functional. The entertainment staff was outstanding! Loved watching them and participating in their games.
The only service we had issue with was getting bags to our room, no one was around to help when we could finally get in to our room so we dragged the bags ourselves and then we couldn't even get in the room! Turns out the door lock needed a new battery, and it took an hour and multiple trips back to the office to get it sorted out...super frustrating.
The only other thing that would have been nice would be some lunch or food options by the pool where we didn't have to dry off and put cover ups on and go sit down to eat somewhere.

Staff was very helpful, courteous, always putting the guest 1st. Octavio at the lobby bar was a hard worker, smile always on his face. Resort was definitely a 5 star! The cleaning staff kept the room looking great everyday!

Although the staff (majority) was very accommodating and did what they could, it did not make make up for the mediocre facility. From the toilet with the extremely low pressure to the shower head falling apart. I actually had to walk over to the main lobby and use the restrooms there because they had normal water pressure. I feared I would clog up the toilet in my room. The water pressure was so low that I couldn’t wash my hair properly. Next, the food and restaurants. Just trying to make a reservation to assure seating at all but the main buffet restaurants was a process. At check in we were told that you could reserve a table via the app on your tv in your room. That process was not operable and calling down to the main lobby to get someone to assist was futile. So, they also said if you want to reserve a table you could call the front desk by 7am. With that being said I called the following morning only to be told that “privilege “ members were only allowed to do this. I calmly explained that at check in we were told to follow this process. They finally realized that this was what had been related by our concierge at check in. What a nightmare. I had to go through this process every time I tried to reserve a table at each of the “specialty” restaurants. We did not get one flavorful meal in any of the restaurants. At best the food was served lukewarm. We kept questioning if this was normal.

The staff at this property were amazing. They were very friendly and tried to fix problems that were within their control. Special mention to Arturo and Adela who were part of the entertainment crew and Alvaro who took care of guest operations at the pool. This is an all inclusive hotel with 5 other restaurants on site. We were advised that we could call starting at 7am to make reservations at the speciality restaurants or book through their online app. Unfortunately the app never worked and when I called at 7am I was always questioned about my status and put on hold or told I would receive a call back because I was not a “privilege” guest. I did get the reservation I needed but I always felt as if I were being interrogated. Very frustrating. Also, the water pressure in our building was very low making it impossible to wash our hair thoroughly. Food at the buffet and specialty restaurants was disappointing as it was constantly lukewarm. Even at the buffet where the food was in cast iron cookware it would be cold to lukewarm. It sure why this was happening. The beach area and water in front of the hotel was not as beautiful as the advertised photos. The water was murky and the sea**** that washed up on shore each morning was not taken care of as efficiently as other hotels we walked by while exploring the beach. There was a lagoon about a 15 minute walk down the beach that was lovely and clean to swim in.

This resort has limited dining options. Hot tub is only available at the SPA and you must make reservations. Nightly entertainment is boring. Alcohol is horrible, the cheapest alcohol I ever had in my life. I believe I got alcohol poisoning on our first night.

Kendell and Francesco were absolutely wonderful, 10/10 staff. The food was mediocre, blue moon was not good at all. Rooms were very clean, resort was pretty.

Overall, it was a good property. The food is just okay. The privilege workers were very accommodating with pesos breaking. The staff was very nice for the most part, but some restaurant staff didn’t want to be there.

Hotel was very nice. Upgraded us but when we got to the room it was not what we requested so we had to stay there one night then cha ged rooms next day. Replacement room was very nice and great location - bld 26
