Location is very convenient, it’s just 1min walk to ADO bus station, money changer, 7-11 and McDonald; easy connection to Tulum. Our room has a sea view; clean and comfortable bed; hotel staff are very professional. Good stay!

For the price, it's a really nice place. AC worked fine, everything was as we expected. Close to shopping, food bus terminal and ferry. It's a nice place, it doesn't claim to be a 4-star resort. We'd stay again if we were in Playa.

Ideal location, next to the sea, next to the bus station, easy access from and to the airport, all the cafes and shops on the street. Excellent cosmetics for hair and body. Good wifi.

This is my second visit to this hotel. First of all I don't think they could find my reservation I made through *******....months ago but they got me a room. A junior suite so I believe I got a upgrade.
This hotel is safe , clean & in a great location. Also a reasonable price.
My only complaint is late at night a bunch of drunk girls were in the pool below my room and were too loud!. Staff should of told them to be quiet.
I do think I would stay there again though because of all the positive things about it.

We travelled all night and arrived early to hotel.
We weren't allowed early check-in even though room was vacant (we watched cleaners and they were done before noon)... coffee maker... no coffee... fridge not plugged in or working. No kleenex in room... beds hard. It was clean... location was great... close to ADO and ferry. Pretty basic. Great for an overnight stay.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Pool was a nice surprise. Fast internet. It can be loud on certain holiday days because of the bar proximity, but other days it was quiet after around 10pm. Rooms are cleaned every day and complimentary bottled water is given every day. It is super close to the beach and there is lifeguard post near it.

This hotel surprised me. It’s small and they keep it very clean. Staff at desk were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for an inexpensive hotel with many conveniences.

We stayed four days. The property sits next to the ferry terminal where a troupe of flying entertainers use a permanent pole to do an act. They have a pan flute and a drum that they use as part of their act. At first it was cool but after listening to it everyday every half hour from 10 am til till 10 pm it got to be too much. Its a permanent fixture so oceanside rooms will be subject to it. The staff politely say no to requests such as bottled water, change made for 500 pesos, toilet paper, towels, blankets you need to leave ID. Vendors accost you immediately coming out of the hotel and are relentless throughout your walks. Great location to get to the beach and very clean. I would stay again as long as the blue pole was gone. I get the blanket thing but maybe show a little more service representation through assisting with the small things.
