The ladies at reception were fantastic—really helpful and accommodating. But honestly, our experience in the breakfast area was pretty disappointing. We were the only guests there at the time, yet the staff seemed completely uninterested. They were chatting loudly, glued to their phones, and staring at us in a way that felt uncomfortable. When we asked for noodles, the lady in charge looked frustrated, like we were bothering her by making her get up and do her job. Thankfully, we only had breakfast there once because it really wasn’t a pleasant experience—we felt unwelcome and out of place.

I had a relaxing time at the hotel. Rhythm was very helpful and went out of her way to get me a bus to Huanglong. I would stay here again.

Hotel is only 5-7mins drive from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, it provides 1x 1-way free transfer from the station. Room is big, clean and modern with heater beds which is very useful in winter. Food in the hotel restaurant was nice & affordable..most importantly, all the staffs working there are like 自己人，so friendly & warm hearted. There's also a convenience shop opposite the hotel which is opened by a nice ******* lady, although 不起眼 but the things sold inside are legit.

We were checking in at late night after visit Jiuzhaigou cause we have high speed train schedule in the morning after. Receptionist very helpful. Thank to them we could find a good driver to drop us off at train station. Very good place to stay. Highly recommended. The room was so clean and very comfy to stay. Will come back again if I have chance.

This is a brand new open hotel…clean and spacious. They hv warmth bed machine, separate bathroom and toilet, free fetch service from Huanglongjiuzhai station. The only minus point for this hotel is: the food for breakfast nor lunch/dinner taste not so well, or maybe just don’t suit our taste

The staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk staff.
The hotel offers a one-way pick-up service from the high-speed train station.
The room was clean and had hot water.
Overall, a very good experience.
