We chose to stay in this relatively new hotel, mainly attracted by its beautiful mountain view and seemingly good facilities. The view is indeed satisfactory, and the service of the staff is also relatively thoughtful: they took the initiative to help us arrange a room on the same floor, store our luggage, help us call a car to the train station when we encountered traffic problems, and even received us at night, and still responded to our late-night questions (although the front desk closes at 11 o'clock. Of course, the official statement is 24 hours reception) However, the overall stay experience was very disappointing and we did not enjoy our stay. I will not choose to stay in this hotel next time. 1. No heating/air conditioning in the room: Although it is summer, the local temperature still fluctuates between 8-12°C at night and 12-24°C during the day. I think heating and air conditioning options should be provided. After we communicated with the front desk, they turned on the floor heating for my room, but there was no heat pump or air conditioning equipment available. 2. Almost no hot water: After going out all day, I returned to the hotel and found that it was really cold to take a shower. Hot water is almost non-existent, and the water temperature at the highest hot water level is only slightly below body temperature, or even cold. The front desk explained that it was because there were too many guests using hot water at night. We waited for an hour, but the water was still not hot. We tried again the next morning, and the water temperature was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, unstable. I think a hotel should have infrastructure that matches its reception capacity. 3. The breakfast was very poor: the food provided included white porridge with pickled vegetables, boiled eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, dried bean curd shreds, glutinous rice steamed buns, and steamed buns. The beverage machine can provide coffee, milk and milk tea, but these drinks are very diluted and tasteless. 4. No station pick-up service: In the area, many hotels provide pick-up service from the railway station, but this hotel does not. 5. The room was dusty: the cleaning was not in place, which was particularly disappointing. We booked the hotel's mountain view suite - they said this was their best room type. I was amazed.
