房間相對簡單一點，但勝在離松陽老城非常近，很方便吃飯和出門逛街，房間打掃也比較乾淨，一般住住還是不錯的，關鍵服務特別好。

老闆態度和善，幫着安排車位。床上用品和毛巾很乾凈。房間不大，衞生間挺大的，高處有半扇窗通風。
周邊環境複雜，朝向馬路的房間有車輛鳴笛聲，不朝馬路的房間窗外是老街，早上五點多就開始有嘈雜的聲音。
