Сервис не очень, отель даже не помог вызвать такси, просто дал номера, часть из которых со странным сервисом, геля для душа не было, пришлось просить , регистрироваться надо было с другого здания - таблички повесили после того как пожаловались, бронь делал супруг - просил поздравить с днем рождения - конечно не поздравили. Сам номер неплохой, большой чистый, но вот с сервисом конечно немного трудности были.

Понравилось все: красивый и функциональный ремонт в номере, отношение персонала, доброжелательное и приветливое, удобное расположение в центре города. Нам простили более ранний заезд и более поздний выезд, что было очень важно и нужно из-за времени прибытия поездов. В номере было все, что можно пожелать - даже капсульная кофемашина с очень вкусным кофе.
