Excellent service, liked how the situation with breakfast, we all gave and solved the issue with the booking service! In the room of towels, slippers, soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, water. The room is small but very thoughtful, there was comfortable with a 5-year-old child. Each detail is functional. The TV is embedded in a niche and does not prevent walking. Summary, sometimes in 5* such will not meet. It is not possible to download the video."

"Pros: - cleaning service available; - friendly staff Cons: - old rooms (furniture, walls, floor, sockets, everything is at least 15 years old) - audibility in the rooms (I could take part in the conversations of my neighbors and knew about all their trips to the toilet) - the restaurant is closed for renovations (because of which breakfast was brought to the room in plastic boxes, there was no choice - terribly overcooked porridge of no one knows what it was made of and syrniki + black tea were okay, there was not even a choice between green and black, not to mention coffee) - no disposable slippers, but there is a very cold floor (especially in the bathroom), a very unpleasant moment - they give out only 2 towels per person (one large and one small), and I need a separate one with my long and thick hair. I had to choose: dry my hair, and then my whole body with a wet towel, or first my body, and then my head with a wet towel). And the towels are quite old - the white color has already turned beige, but they are clean. - The standard bathroom set doesn't include shower gel, only laundry-scented soap and shampoo. - The bathroom is dusty, moldy, and water seeps everywhere because the shower is only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain; there's no bathtub or shower stall. - There are no "do not disturb" or "cleaning needed" signs on the door. - The Wi-Fi is very weak. Sometimes it would drop out completely, so it was easier to use mobile data."

By mistake booked a room with a common bathroom - the administrator at the settlement helped to find a solution, set in another room with a small extra payment near the specified place on Gorky Street In our room was all necessary: - a refrigerator with a freezer - dishes - a normal fan (in fact normal, not what is usually in hotels) - a large and in measure soft bed with bed tables - a table with chairs - a sofa - hot water The room itself is made in a pleasant atmosphere, Repair is fresh, neat and modern, without prejudice. There are options for food, but we have not used them. Price-quality is absolutely consistent, we'll be happy to stop here again. "
