Hotel in the center of the submarine of Chioggia, right in front of the promenade and the beach, from the outside it reveals itself to be a somewhat dated structure that needs a "refresh". Narrow rooms without comfort, really small bathroom: I give enough for the courtesy of the staff and for the abundant and varied breakfast. Plus the discounted parking in front of the hotel and the competitive price

4-day stay, two adults and two children. Clean and comfortable rooms, and courteous and helpful staff. Strong point: the proximity to the sea, and therefore to the various places in Sottomarina, as well as the possibility of reaching Chioggia very easily.

Family-run hotel, managers as well as staff really kind and helpful, good breakfast with sweet and savory. The location is on the seafront and it is, I think in the summer, comfortable, but it is very disturbed.

Ottima struttura che fornisce un eccellente servizio di pernottamento e prima colazione. La colazione abbondante con una ottima varietà di cibo è gestita in modo pregevole. La struttura sobria è ben tenuta e ben pulita, che offre innumerevoli servizi, dal comodo posto auto, alla spiaggia, dalla possibilità di usare le biciclette alle convenzioni con ristoranti in zona. Il personale gentile ed affabile, per non parlare del proprietario attento e disponibile nel cerxare di soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Ci torneremo

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione sul lungomare, esattamente di fronte all'ingresso del parcheggio (con tanto di supermercato) e l'ingresso dei bagni Clodia (convenzionati con l'hotel). Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza gentile che con molta chiarezza ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. La colazione è molto variegata e le signore che la "gestiscono" sono sempre presenti e disponibili. È comunque un posto in cui non farei più di una o due notti. I prezzi contenuti possono giustificare l'aspetto della struttura che è molto datato e trascurato. Pur potendo condividere questo tipo di politica (sia essa volontaria o casuale), non è accettabile la mancanza di manutenzione: per esempio nella mia camera, le pareti erano segnate ovunque e la porta della doccia era rotta. Ma ancora più inaccettabile, per me è la scarsa pulizia. Solo per fare qualche esempio: quando siamo arrivati le ante degli armadi erano già completamente piene di ditate, in bagno c'erano capelli, sotto ai letti ciuffi di pelucchi (e non solo sotto ai letti). Peccato!

l'hotel era di fronte al mare, super pratico e con un'ottima vista. Il personale era molto attento e cordiale. La colazione era molto gustosa. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare lì!
