#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Activities, Safety, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Hotel Smell, Toiletries; The environment is very good, the surrounding vegetation is covered, the air is fresh, and there is no noise from the road. The room is spacious and clean for four people. Swimming pool and gym are a bit small.

The only issue was the youth hockey team staying on the same floor. The staff was good about trying to get them to stay quiet but only so much you can do. They overran the hallways and the pool.

Very friendly staff, excellent stay
From the moment and we arrived, we felt welcome. Michelle was lovely upin check-in , and throughout our stay staff was friendly. We were there during a very quiet time, so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Room and pool was clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Should we need to stay in the area again, we would not hesitate.

Convenient location to Northampton and Amherst. Lots of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds.

The facilities here were remodeled. Hotel was clean, dining area was adequate with decent breakfast options. Room was clean. The weight room, pool, and hot tub were above average for the area. The staff was friendly and personable. One of the best places that I have stayed in the Amherst MA area. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable... perfect stay!
We loved the room, beds were high but comfortable. Bathroom was standard but very clean. The pool was chilly, but the 4.5' depth was perfect!! Great for swimming but I could still touch bottom everywhere. And breakfast was fantastic. I had a frittata, sausage, yogurt and coffee and my husband enjoyed a waffle, banana, and a muffin.
Finally the staff was attentive and courteous, yet almost invisible. When we checked in the person at the desk was quick, efficient, and very nice, but each time we walked through the halls or lobby it was empty. It was kind of nice and relaxing. And at breakfast the staff kept the food full but were very inconspicuous.

Clean quiet friendly. Very good breakfast but watery tasteless coffee and non working Keurig in room. Coffee ******* are at a loss!!
