"Nonsmoking" room smelled like cigarettes and B.O. Maintenance workers don't seem to understand boundaries. Avoid.

Great family owned spot. We’ve stayed several times. Simple and clean rooms with beautiful grounds with a nice pool too. Best location between Holland and St. Joe.

The check in was seemless, Becky at the desk was friendly and courteous. The resort itself is older but the room was very claen and comfortable. We will definetly be back.:)

Was a beautiful resort. Will definitely make this my place to stay when visiting South Haven, which i visit often. Staff was friendly and very helpful

The property was lovely. The rooms in the Main Motel were very old, need updating in every area including beds, flooring, lighting. The bathroom sink water flow was poor. The flooring was old and very gritty, shoes or socks needed. There were ants in the room, due to the seal on the motel door. There are newer units on the grounds of the Motel and these look to be upgraded. No breakfast. I would not recommend the main House/Motel.

Units surrounding room noisy. The key pad didn’t completely lock the room had to hold door tight and try multiple times each time we left.

Beautiful grounds with plenty to do ! Hike the path, play volleyball, relax watching the waterfall. Play chess on a huge yard board.
Nice pool and they even have pool toys!

Liked the location, ease of parking to room, easy access, clean, liked in room refrigerator/microwave , staff excited about local festival & events, quiet resort
