Kauniillla paikalla satamassa sijaitsevassa hotellissa on hienot näköalat ja herkullinen aamiainen. Huoneissa ei osin ole äänieristystä, joten naapurin puheen kuuli kohtalaisen selvästi. Sänky oli mukava ja huoneessa oli lämmin, vaikka ulkona oli yli 20 pakkasastetta.
Alakerran sauna oli rentouttava lisä, ja lämpeni suomalaisittain hyvin 80 asteeseen.
Julkinen liikenne ei Lappeenrannassa satamaan kulje, joten keskustaan on käveltävä, mutta kaunein osa kaupunkia on satama ja läheinen linnoitus, joissa kannattaakin kävellä.

Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta kruunasi kokonaisuuden, sain ohjeita ja neuvoja kaupungin parhaista ruokapaikoistakin. Oli kiva kuulla tarinaa kylpylän ja hotellin historiastakin. Puitteet olivat hyvät ja siistit, mutta henkilökunnan ansioita on vähintäänkin 99% näistä kehuista,

Viihtyisä hotelli, huone oli suuri ja sänky miellyttävä. Ilmastointi oli hieman liian kovalla, eikä siihen pystynyt vaikuttamaan. Naapurihuoneen vauvan itku kuului huoneeseen, mutta sehän ei ollut hotellin vika. Tulen mielelläni uudelleen perheen kanssa. Sijainti oli hyvä!

Vastaanottovirkailija oli erittäin ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen koko vierailun ajan. Hän tunsi ja kertoi meille hyvin paikkakunnan ja hotellin sekä kylpylän historiasta ja nykypäivästä.

Meille sattui varmaan hotellin huonoin huone, se oli puoliksi maan alla, joten verhoja ei viittinyt pitää auki. Ja oli vielä hissin vieressä, niin hissin kolina kuulu ajoittain huoneeseen.
Muuten hotelli oli siisti, hyvällä sijainnilla ja aamupala oli hyvä.
